Thomas E. Rembetski, M.D. is a Board Certified General & Vascular Surgeon. Having grown up in Upstate New York, Dr. Remnbetski attended Union College, and graduated from the Boston University School of Medicine He subsequently completed his General Surgery Residency at the University of Colorado Medical Center and the Oregon Health Sciences University.
Amanda C. VanderClay M.D., F.A.C.S. (Fellow of the American College of Surgeons) is a Board Certified General Surgeon who recently joined our practice from another group in Reno. Having grown up in San Diego, Dr. VanderClay attended college at the prestigious Cornell University. She received her Medical Degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and completed her general surgery training at the University of New Mexico.Dr. VanderClay's interests include Advanced & Robotic Hernia Repair, gallbladder surgery, skin and soft tissue tumors, and surgery for Conditions of the Breast (cancerous and non-cancerous) and has a special interest in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery techniques.

Dr. Brian Juell performed emergency surgery at Renown Hospital to repair a collapsed artery in my arm as the result of a wake surfing accident at Lake Tahoe. After 4 hours of surgery involving harvesting veins from other parts of my body to repair the damaged artery, he was able to save my arm and put me on the road to a complete recovery. He is my hero, along with Alison B., my Sierra ICU nurse who also happens to work with Dr. Juell at Premiere Surgical Specialists.

My name is Paul Franklin and Dr. Nunley was my surgeon. Without going into detail about the reason for the surgery, he saved my life. I am eternally grateful. Since the surgery he has been terrific. I spent a month in the hospital and he saw me almost every day. Even sitting with me and watching some of a 49er game. He put me at ease. My follow up visits have been great. I just can not say enough. Thank you.

Had a good experience so far with Dr. Nunley. He removed my appendix a couple days ago. My recovery is painful but that was expected. I've called his office a few times and every time they have been very friendly and have gotten to me right away and faxed over my recovery request to my works HR person right away. I would recommend.

The most unprofessional practice I've ever been to. From scheduling to the office visit, both the nurse and doctor were extremely ambiguous and unhelpful. I have absolutely no confidence in Dr. Deeter or his staff. I was offered a prescription, but they failed to send it to the pharmacist on Thursday. I then followed up and they didn't send it until Monday resulting in my infection getting worse.
When scheduling, I had to follow up several times when they said they will call me the follow week. It then took 2 weeks to schedule my surgery after 3 follow up calls. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had an appendectomy with Dr. Nunley. He visited me in the emergency room before the surgery. They charged me for a visit which insurance did not accept it. Insurance clarified that they should not charge me for a visit on the same day of surgery. However, the premier surgical specialist did not accept it. While I was trying to solve this issue, they sent my bill to the collection company, and I was charged 400$ for the visit by the collection company.
It is worth to mention that I ended up with a hernia in the place of their surgery. When I called them and told them the issue, they wanted to charge me for an office visit for checking the problem that they were responsible. I refused to go to the office because I didn't want to pay to somebody who doesn't want to check the issue of after his surgery. I recommend that nobody should go here.

Highly Recommend Dr. James C Nunley and Premier Surgical. I recently had a hernia procedure and the experience was unbelievably comfortable. The process was explained in detail and my recovery has been lightning fast. I'm pretty sure this is because of the professionalism of Dr. Nunley. It's only been three days since surgery and I already feel like a brand new man.
I am extremely grateful to Premier Surgical. This company obviously is extremely dedicated and has a clear objective to take care of their patients. Dr. Nunley is my HERO! Thank you for all that you guys do for others and keep up the extraordinary work!

Dr. Cinelli did a wonderful job repairing my incisional hernia that I acquired from another surgery a few weeks prior. He's professional, personable, and most importantly, very skilled. He took the time to thoroughly explain things and always made sure he answered my questions as well. I'm back to living an active lifestyle and have had no pain or problems since the surgery!
