Best experience I've ever had in an ER setting. Clean, bright, state of the art equipment. Everyone was polite and helpful. Staff was wonderful and no wait time at all. The fastest I've ever been in and out of an Emergency Room. They even called the next day to check on me. Loved it!

I was nervous to go somewhere besides Renown but after my experience I'm glad I did. Staff was friendly and professional. I was so nervous for my surgery and they were right there the whole time. In recovery the nurse was by my side and didn't leave me once. Everyone took time out and explained things to me. The hospital is smaller than Renown but is more personal which I liked.

I was there for three days. The food was good and I liked how we were able to order what we wanted. I highly recommend Northern Medical Center for anyone needing a medical procedure done.

If I could give zero stars I would, I been here over 5 plus hours and I'm still here. The rooms are disgusting, they look like they haven't been clean for over a month or more, there is coffee spilled, and even dried crusty blood. working in the medical field this is unsanitary and for lack of better polite words utterly disgusting. I still haven't even seen the doctor yet either.

I'm concerned about even laying in this sheets. Staff seems pleasant but this is unacceptably unsanitary. I get it's a busy time but do better for your patients NNMC. The pulse ox is filthy with crusty stuff in the grooves.

Went in for day surgery today for my kidney stones. 3rd Surgery in 4 months, every body I worked with was so nice and seamed happy to be working there. From the young man who checked me in Administration to the nurse in the day surgery room. Dr. Anderson from Urology of Nevada to the surgery nurse Brenda. But the Male nurse after surgery in recovery room stayed with me and helped me wake up and get ready to go home. Love everyone I have met there including the dionostic texts. Nice clean hospital.

I have lived in Reno all my life and for all the surgeries I've had I've gone to Renown or St. Mary's. However, because of the shortsighted of St. Mary's I was give a great gift. My insurance could only bring me to Northern Nevada Medical Center. It has been an absolute pleasure to stay at this hospital. The faculty is clean and lovely. I was on the 3rd floor.

The nurses and staff are kind, friendly and are good at their jobs. And the food is actually really good. This is the best hospital experience I have ever had and I am so appreciate of the staff I don't know how to thank them. No one wants to be or stay in the hospital but this has been a great experience. Thank you NNMC you are awesome!

Our ER experience with a child was very good. The wait was minimal and Dr. Miceli was informative and kind. Nurse Angela was so good with our child and considerate. Our imaging tech was efficient and very nice and nurse Wayne educated us at discharge. Overall, this was a positive experience.

My wife had a fall when leaving work and injured her head and left arm. We went to HospitalNorthern Nevada Medical Center. Where we were treated very kindly in the emergency area by Miss Micaela at reception, she attended us in Spanish, Thanks to her supervisor Jeff white who on this day moved her to reception to cover another colleague on this day 12/27/2021. (Thank you for having friendly people who attend us in Spanish in the most worrying moments when a family member has a health emergency)

If there was anyway I could give a no star review I would = I was forced to take my spouse to the ER for a stomach bug that exasperated their chronic illnesses and we were treated like we were less than dirt. The doctor didn't even look up from the clipboard he was looking at and the only questions he had were about the medications that they were using for their pain management before he left, then the nurse treated us the same way like she should be able to do it because the doctor did. My family and I will never be going back to them for any reason unless absolutely necessary.
