Unfortunately there are several lovely OBs here, but there are also two quite bad ones, Dr. Goodman and Dr. Petit. Dr. Petit is rude, dismissive, laughs at patients' problems and speaks rudely about them behind their backs (and then refuses to apologize when she realized I was listening). When I called to file a complaint, the woman I spoke to was lovely and understanding, but I never received an apology. Unfortunately, Dr Petit seems to prioritize her ego over patients' health and I would not recommend this clinic on the chance that you have to deliver a baby with her. I can't think of someone I would trust less for that occasion.

I 100% would recommend this office to anyone. I have been coming here for years and have always been so pleased with everyone. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. I usually see Allie R who is absolutely phenomenal at her job but if she is booked, I tell the receptionist "it doesn't matter who I see" because I KNOW I am in good hands with every staff member here. When it comes to ones health, you need a team that you can trust so if you are searching for a new clinic, Associates in Woman's Health will not disappoint.

I'm just kinda Meh about them. I really hate that their patient portal never works. That app can't find their clinic. I never know when my test results are in and no one there bothers to call me notifying me my results are in. My first apt I scheduled with a doctor that got canceled due to them having emergency surgery but they emailed me to tell me.
I was at work so I didn't see it. No one called me so I showed up. No one told me the woman that ended up seeing me wasn't a doctor. So know I'm not even sure who or what my "primary" doctor is. Will probably leave the clinic.

About time you change your name to Associates in PREGNANT Women's Health. Your current name is misleading. Little interest in diagnosing me as a non pregnant women. Feel like a number here. Doc always in a hurry. Second time I've been in desperate need and had to find a random doctor to take pity on me instead of someone who bluntly claims is my primary doctor. Been going here for 25 years and need to just be done! Zero trust. Update: I can call you to provide feedback, but based on other reviews this is not an issue specific to me. My mom ran away from your clinic years ago after getting poor care. I should have followed her lead.

I've Called the receptionist 2 weeks prior my appointment to confirm my insurance plan is accepted "Hennepin Health " the receptionist on the phone said yes and confirmed that am good to go. The day of my appointment I checked in with the receptionist upon arriving, they were rude didn't say hi back or anything just handed me the clipboard to fill.
My nurse called me and took me inside, no hi or acknowledging me as a patient at all after my check up she asked me to wait in the lobby then I'll be called shortly. Called by front desk lady, said loudly we apologize we cannot continue seeing you, we cannot accept your insurance. I've informed her I previously called to check and I was told that am good, she interrupted me multiple time saying ma'am ma'am we cannot see you anymore.
I spoke to the office manager Kelly she said that I can continue my visit and they will send a bill to my insurance. The receptionist declined and said we cannot see you. This is by far the worst experience I ever had, with what I experienced there should be a sign on the front glass that says if you're a minority or a person of color you're NOT welcome here.
The whole staff need a diversity and inclusion training, the way they greeted other patients was completely different. Ironically my insurance did paid for my appointment even thu I haven't finished it and they were shocked that the clinic didn't let me finish my appointment. AVOID THIS CLINIC!

I am so impressed with Associates in Women's Health. Tiffany, at the front desk, always remembers my name; the MAs who room patients are efficient, friendly, and understanding; and the entire team of OBs have been amazing through my 3 pregnancies. Dr. Kasbohm is the absolute best -- she eases my anxiety, gives me input in my care, and takes time to answer questions at every appointment.

This clinic is not the place to go sorry but no. I had to get my IUD Mirena removed. After losing vision in one eye. Which was diagnosed as Pseudotumor Cerebri due to the iud my optometrist diagnosed. And she sent the diagnosis to Patricia Pettit. Since then no reply. That's extremely sad considering the optometrist made it clear of what is going on.
They didn't follow up not at all. When you call and tell them this is urgent you speak with your Doctor it is very pushed under the rug and really rude comments. Absolutely not satisfied with how I've been treated. I'm not mad at them for how my body reacted to mirena iud. Every woman is different and I understand that. But what is not ok is not following up with a patient when the iud had serious serious side effects. To the point that I'm partially blind in my left eye.

Took my daughter to see Allie Rivard for the first time and really couldn't be more impressed! She is genuinely concerned, compassionate and seems extremely competant in her treatment! She treated my daughter like she mattered and listened to everything. We went in for a seemingly simple question but got a very thorough treatment. She's a gem! And my daughter is very picky about her health care providers and really liked her! Thank you Allie! Also the lab staff was very nice and pleasant! Great group!

I appreciate the personalized care and attention I get from Allie Rivard, P.A. She is thorough, takes time to get to know her patients, and she researches the best options for them. I even love how she personally calls to follow up after appointments. The office staff is nice and attentive, and the online patient portal makes paying bills and requesting refills simple.

I had Dr. Ormsby during my last pregnancy and still feel so lucky to have found her. She radiates peace and competency. She actually listens and considers what her patients say. That's not to say that she's a pushover, but she is thoughtful and therefore individual in her care. I went to both the Edina and downtown locations during my last pregnancy.
Staff at both locations were kind and competent. This practice was a breath of fresh air after truly horrific experiences at Fairview Riverside earlier in my pregnancy. I'm so thankful.

Dr John Nadeau is the absolute best there is! I have been a patient of his for 16 years through infertility then 2 high risk pregnancies and 2 C-sections. I went to him after I had 3 miscarraiges, when all the other doctors told me "it just happens", he listened and we did testing, found 3 reasons all fixable, I then had hope! 3 years later I had a high risk pregnancy with my daughter, he cared all the way through and got me through an amazing C section with no complications, perfect as could be, then another a few years later!
He is helping me get through anemia due to bad heavy menstral periods and is just an exceptional Dr, Surgeon, person all the way around. He listens, he cares, is compassionate, there is none better! If you want a great OB/GYN, this is the guy! I trust him 200%!
