If you have time to call and deal with insurance stuff, this may be your place. They push all that on you. I have yet to call and get through to anyone, always a voicemail even though there are 3 to folks behind the desk each time I've been here. I do like the dr I see but all these small nuances add up. I work full time and don't have time to do their job.
It's like going to the grocery store and scanning and bagging your own items. Really inconvenient. Honestly, the insurance company pushed me back on them. There's another hour I'll never get back. Queue the circus music

Care provided was great! Dr. Weisner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Very accommodating as well. Only complaint was the receptionist at the desk in the Enfield office was SUPER rude and condescending to me. Talked over me, barely helped and said I needed to figure it out on my own at some point, AND stated she had other patients to attend to and was too busy. I know her name but will not say out of respect. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. Other than her this is a great place!

I have been very happy with the professional care of Dr. Laura Vander Poel. Most importantly, she recommended an inexpensive noninvasive treatment that avoided surgery. She is a friendly person who listens carefully and shows genuine interest in her patients. Furthermore, the staff is uniformly attentive and helpful. Podiatry care as a family feel to it. They should change the lady who answers the phone for appointments, she is really very CONDICENSING RUDE AND INSISTING THAT I SHOULD call her on after three months and when I called on that day she gives me the option of two different times the same day and forced me to come the same day (TUESDAY) I used to see one doctor all the times ( She works on MONDAY AND THURSDAYS ONLY) but when I went on Tuesday.
I was waiting for the particular doctor who sees me for the last four visits was not working because it was TUESDAY. I made a strong complaint for the RECEPTIONIST to this another doctor who saw me and by the way this doctor did a great job. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SOUTH WINDSOR PODIATRY AS LONG AS THIS RECEPTIONIST (OLD LADY) is working

The office has always been great about getting me in quickly whenever I've called The doctors are excellent and always fully explain everything before moving forward. Their work is top notch and they're very nice no matter how busy they are. This goes for the entire staff as well. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of treatment for any type of foot/heel issue.
