Dr Kris Jacobson has been nothing but kind and attentive. He looks at my history and has explained why some things don't work for me or why some things have happened to me and schedules a virtual appointment if needed. I've been a patient for 2 years now and have had a great experience with him and his MA, Ryan.

Good doctors and care, but I have NEVER had so much trouble MAKING an appointment. Their scheduling hours are not when they are open and appear to be on a when-they-feel-like-it basis. I am on a now 4 month journey of trying to schedule a follow up appointment which should have been 2 weeks after my initial appointment

I called this morning due to a referral from my doctor's office, The woman who answered the phone was lovely and very helpful. I was treated at this clinic 2 years ago and had the same experience. Everyone I interacted with at this clinic was kind, helpful. I feel bad for all the others who have had a difference experience. But I was given great care, options and lots of information regarding my test results.

I thought I had written a review a long time ago. But since the doctor that I saw is still there, I will include my review now. I saw Doctor Gregory Winters. He was profoundly inattentive and condescending. He gave me inaccurate medical advice in not considering my underlying health condition. He also wore a huge Trump political button the day after the 2016 election.

I did suggest to him that that was highly inappropriate considering the extremely charged environment at that time and that political statements were inappropriate at a medical workplace. He became very agitated with me and was not interested in a conversation about how his button might affect his patients. I have nothing bad to say about the office staff or the facility in general. I would just never recommend anyone seeing Gregory Winters.

Had my first appointment Via video back in November and due to having a surgery in December, it was discussed that we would do the suggested procedures in January. Low and behold, the office never followed up with me to schedule and when I reached out, I'm told that I have to have my PCP enter a request for the procedure through the VA. because the GI provider doesn't request services through the VA when it needs an authorization. WTH your the specialist, not my PCP who sent me to you!

Guess I will request my auth be canceled at this practice. I need to know that my treating provider is capable of taking measures to ensure that the treatment that they recommend is ordered, request for authorization is sent, and a follow up is done. I should not be finding out two months later that the request was never even submitted because I have to go through my PCP.

This place shoukd be shut down for non ethical practices! I set up a monthly payment plan with them and instead of taking payments out of my bank account they sent me to collections without even giving me a curtosy call. They took the down payment and 2 payments then didn't continue taking payments and sent me to collections. And after I received treatment instead of doing a follow up procedure they terminated me from thier pratice with no explanation.

And I didn't revive any information as to what was done.found out nothing no report of any kind. this place has the same standards& pratices as a krack head does when they are needing a fix! Shame on this place for having such arrogant egotistical elitist who think they are better then everyone because they wear a lab coat

I am disabled with extreme memory problems. They refused to let my husband stay in the room even though I told them I would be unable to retain any of the information. The Dr didn't care if I knew what was going on or not. And they gave me 0 instructions to go. So if you are disabled your going to want to go to any other doctor you can.

I stopped going to this office years ago because office staff was horrid. But due to the lack of this specialty in this area I find myself once again sitting in a "temporary" exam room waiting to be moved to a "real "exam room. My appointment was an hour ago. When I opened the door to ask someone how much longer it would be the nurse actually scolding me and told me for patient privacy reasons I had to stay in this exam room with the door closed. Really!

I'm blown away by the total lack of concern and respect for the patient. This probably will by my only time coming here. If you wanted to be treated with care and respect this is not the office for you.

The Dr. is great. This review is for the office staff:I didn't even have an account with them. I was an emergency contact. My wife did. It went into collections even though she was paying on another bill for the same place. They said they could not get a hold of her even though she was paying another bill to them on time! So they dinged my credit with a little 55 dollar invoice.

We payed it almost the same day it went into collections and they would not remove it from my credit score! I do everything to keep a high score. This happened in July of 2015 and I am still upset. I just saw it listed again so that is why I am writing this a year later. So obviously I go out of my way to tell anyone who will listen not to go there even though the doctor is good. You have been warned.
