When I first took my daughter I loved it everything went downhill when they gave my daughter the wrong immunization because of how poorly the communication in their office is, and then continue to this day calling us (her parents) liars about the situation I've been exchanging emails with the office about a statement that I previously said I'd pay I just wanted to see a detailed statement since they had previously tried to charge me for the wrong immunization they did and of course like anyone else I wasn't going to pay that.

I called them out on how inconsistent & lack of communication has been they said what I was doing were tactics to not pay $150 incredibly unprofessional if you love your kids you wouldn't choose them it still baffles me they gave my daughter the wrong immunization and then apologized bc they didn't put it in their notes and now call us liars!

The doctors and staff here are so kind! As new parents, my husband and I had so many questions and concerns; we probably called the office every week for the first month. No matter the question, the nurses were always so helpful to answer and give us the best advice. We have probably been in for "sick" visits more often than the average patient (mainly due to our own anxiety as young, new, naive parents), and we have yet to have a negative experience!

We love Dr. Wayne, and he has been such a wonderful doctor to our first baby girl, making this whole new life experience a little easier. Even though our babe is only 4 months old, I can tell she is also a fan of Dr. Wayne, as well as the nurses :)

Would have given negative stars, loved these place until Dr. Wayne told my kid to participate in the EXPERIMENTAL C-19 shot. How in the world a doctor dares to ask a MINOR to participate on medical experiment?

Dr. Maura Erickson is extremely unprofessional and has 0 bedside manner. She claimed that my daughter "probably only has a cold" although she was in direct contact with someone with covid. Within the next 5 minutes, the positive test came back and Dr Maura sent another NP in to deliver them, instead of apologizing for her incorrect diagnoses. She also inappropriately complained to me about being annoyed about missing her lunch because she had to see an infant.

She was also VERY condescending because I had to pay out of pocket because I had not yet received my daughters insurance card, although she has coverage. As a patient, that gives a very good picture of how she views her role in the company. Her etiquette was very poor and disappointing, to say the least.

My son was 5 month old at the time of visit. He had a couple coughing for a week so I brought him in for a check up. We saw Dr Maura Erickson, she ruled out ear infection and did a covid test on him saying it's negative and free to go back to daycare the same day. However, my sons symptoms were getting worse and went into er at 3am the next day. The ER doctor was surprised she didn't catch his ear infection and did not do a RSV testing (which he is actually positive for that and it's highly contagious) on him before releasing him back to daycare.

Union Mills is now a state COVID vaccine clinic, with 100+ random adults coming through the waiting room and exam rooms daily. I enthusiastically support vaccination, but during a pandemic, is it safe to open up a pediatrician's office to 100+ adults per day? There were five adult men in the waiting room when we arrived, and additional people lined up outside the office in the hallway. I support getting shots in arms, but I would also rather that those shots be administered somewhere other than my children's doctor's office. We will be switching peds.

My child have been going to Union Mills since 6month old and enjoyed the place however, i had an unforgettable experience with the staff members with mistreatment and addressing a request/issues. I was very disappointed and beyound hurt at them for making me unwelcome and mistreated my son and i at the time. I then called to speak to a manager since i was very upset. Spoke with Lori, who was surprised about everything that took place.

She apologized and addressed all the issues with her employee and assured me and promised me that kind of situation will never happen again. As a parent i didn't feel comfortable to take my child back however, Lori was very nice on making sure i shouldn't worry about that and if i have any questions, issues, or problems to call her in the future so i feel better and hope things will be better as i want continue to take my child their.

I visited Union Mill Pediatrics this afternoon for my first dose/covid vaccine and OMG THEY ROCK! Super nice staff and nurses really put me at ease and did not treat me like "just a number" they truly showed professionalism and kindness. If I had children I would bring them here, nice location, clean rooms and fun paintings all over the walls! Why don't ALL Doctors offices have cool art like these guys! I'm truly thankful for Union Mill Pediatrics and I look forward to my follow up dose! YAY!

I needed a New Patient Appointment ASAP to have certain forms filled out for my child to start daycare the following week. I called on late on Thursday, and they got me scheduled for Friday morning. I was the worst possible new patient parent. I had 0 forms filled out and showed up a minute or two past my scheduled appointment time, I also didn't have her shot records from our previous pediatrician.

They were able to get her records faxed over and everything was taken care of. Every staff member was SO kind to me, even though I was a HOT mess. They took us back immediately and allowed me to fill out the forms during her appointment. Dr. Killian was wonderful, my 5 year old loved her. When my daughter had to get shots, the woman who administered them (I think her name was Ashley) was so calming that my daughter didn't even cry. I'm so thankful we have found this office, and thankful how kind they were to us. 10/10 Recommend.
