We live and work in the Michiana area - not in the big city where a chain store is headquartered. Because of the ongoing commitment to our community, Boling Vision Center has made it a corporate mission to serve the families of Michiana with a state-of-the-art, personalized eye care experience. While doing so, we have been recognized for our efforts by several local, statewide and national organizations.
Boling Vision Center's service of others goes beyond the walls of our practice. We believe it is important to give back to the amazing community that provides us with so much. I had the laser//glaucoma surgery.at that time the staff was extremely professional and lovely to talk too. I had to get new glasses after surgery.have not been able to wear them and was assured they would correct this.when I took them back the first time I was told to just wear them and get used to them.second time I took them back. I was ignored and waited 45 minutes while the one my appointment was with flitted about and took others.ignored me!

I had groceries in the car and told them I was leaving and they still owe me two pair of glasses. Covid has kept me in pretty much 24/7.got an appointment last week. Saw a dr. and proceeded to optical. They said it has been nearly 2 years and the best they could do was 1/2 price which was over $400.00. I get less than $700.00/month and cannot afford that again.

And that price is for the lens replacement only. I will never go to their optical ever again. The staff( dr's excluded).are all different and not friendly/Think twice before going there for your glasses.

It is important that I extend my appreciation to Chinetta, the staff member who assisted me with a billing concern over the past week. Her knowledge and perceverence in clarifying some confusion over the coding personally saved me a few hundred dollars. Thank you, Chinetta. You and your competence are appreciated.

Had Lasik surgery at Boling in 2020. The consultation was great, surgery itself was fine. However, the results were poor and the bedside manner of the doctors post surgery (unless you say everything is great) is very poor. The results are not what I was told during consultation. After almost 2 years, still have halo-ing at night (dangerous) and anything I try to read (computer screen) beyond about 14 inches is blurry.

I went back for follow-up appts but the response was always the same -- "the surgery went exactly how we wanted and the tests all indicate your eyes/vision are where they should be. It will be get better". It hasn't. In hindsight I would not make the same decision to have Lasik, at least not at Boling. They just don't care in my opinion. I would not recommend them.

I've been going to Boling vision for three years now and had no complaints until now. I went for my eye exam January 27, 2022 and then ordered glasses afterwards. It's now one day away from three weeks since ordering my glasses. I've called three times and nobody can give me a reason why my glasses aren't ready. I called last week to also order contacts.

The person I spoke to gave me prices for a 3 month supply and a 6 month supply. I told her I'd call back after talking to my husband. I called yesterday to go ahead and order the 3 month supply and the lady on the phone said she only has prices for a 6 month supply. I told her I was quoted a price for a 3 month supply. She said she'd call me back and so far I've heard nothing.

My glasses were $681! You'd think I could get some answers but so far nothing. I'm about to cancel my order and go elsewhere. My husband had his appointment 4 days after me and he got his new glasses over a week ago! Ridiculous.

I had lasik done with Dr Boling, and his staff. I cannot say enough positive things about them and my overall experience. I was extremely nervous, and everyone was kind, explained everything that was happening, even during the procedure. My vision has never been better and I'm just thrilled.

I stopped in earlier this week to shop around for some glasses, I've never worn glasses before and all of the associates there were incredible especially Corinna she did a phenomenal job helping me find the perfect fit and going over all of my options. I honestly haven't ever had such a good experience at any doctors office before!

I can't say enough good about Dr. Boling and his staff. After a freak home remodeling accident that punctured my wife's eye, the Boling team got us in even though they had closed for the weekend. They performed emergency surgery and walked with us through the recovery. Dr. Boling is so very knowledgeable, competent, kind, and caring. Highly recommend them for any vision care.

Over the past few years I've had great service. However this year things have been rough. My lenses came in wrong twice then I left my frames to make sure they were made right. It's been 2 weeks since I left them and now I'm told it'll be another week until they're ready.

I've been going to Boling for nearly a decade and everyone does an excellent job in serving me and all of the other patients. From the receptionists to the doctors to those who work at the cafe, everyone is kind and welcoming; and they all seem to really enjoy being there. I'd definitely recommend Boling.
