I would give a -5 if I could for the spa. Went in for Consult with the aesthetician (not my first time with one and just moved to town so looking for a new one) and she did not examine my skin or have any idea what I needed. She simply handed me a bunch of price sheets after leaving me sitting in the exam room for 20 min. When I asked her specifically about one treatment over another her reply was it just depends on what I want rather than discussing the pro and cons. They charge for the consult which is just a pricing visit for whatever you want done. If you want really advise, stay away from this place.

The Centre PC has a wonderful and caring staff. From the time of my initial consult to 4 months post op they have always been helpful and polite. Doctor Down does amazing work and has great bedside manners. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and family for whatever work they may want in the future.

I've been coming in for the past couple years for my Botox between the eyes and have always had a great experience!

I am always very satisfied with the care I received at Midwest Cardiology. I've been a patient of Dr. Lu for many years. I believe my mom was one of his first patients and she adored him.

After being a client, I'm extremely disappointed by their customer service or lack thereof. The pandemic is no excuse for allowing paid customers to lose their credits and paid packages. Will not rebook, I'd rather find a new provider.

Let me say, I am rating this a 3/5 because I have had great service in the past, but yesterday was different. I called to make an appt and the receptionist was so rude to me I am considering not going back there again. Lady, you work in a doctor office, but you are not a doctor yourself. And, even if you were remember this, you are no better than anyone else, and it's people like us that pay you.

Dr. Downs and his staff are wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Look forward on taking the next step with this team at The Center PC.

The staff is very friendly, professional and there was no wait time. They got me in and out very quickly. Kellee made sure to explain my treatment plan in detail and answer all my questions. I will be referring my family & friends for any treatment they may need.

I chose center pc for my tummy tuck because of how reputable they are! I didn't realize why until I stepped in their office and literally the ENTIRE staff were so kind, cheerful and just genuinely caring! That matters so much when you trust your life in someone else's hands. I have yet to have my surgery but when I do I know I'll be in great care!

Super happy with my experience so far. Dr. Downs is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and gave me amazing feedback on what my options are. Rachel is super sweet as well. So far a much better experience and looking forward to see the results in November! Thank you for all your help and medical guidance.

Kellee did an amazing job on my lips! I am so happy with their look! She explained everything really well and made me very comfortable throughout the procedure. I will definitely be recommending this place to others I know looking for injectables!

I have been going here for years and they continually raise their prices for laser treatments at the Med Spa. Simple 5-10 min treatments should not cost upwards of $200 IMO if people are doing more intense procedures with more laser time for the same price. Very frustrating to see continual price increases with no explanation of why. No issues with treatment delivered as they are always professional and do a good job, just would like to see a consistent pricing for services.

I have had very positive results from Kellee and Allyson and the staff in the Lobby have so much knowledge -so helpful. Laura (I believe)has been amazing so many times too. I cannot say enough about the efficiency also!

I am so very happy with my results. I had breast reduction & breast lift surgery in July. Everything looks better than I could have ever expected. Dr Downs did an amazing job. I'm still healing, but wow, if I'm happy now, I can't imagine how I will look once I am completely healed. Dr. Downs is easy to talk to, he understands what you want and is realistic about results. I would recommend him to anyone looking to spruce up a few things. The office staff is also amazing, friendly and knowledgeable.

I find The Centre PC to be medically professional while also having a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. My procedures were administered by Kellee, and she put me at ease right away. Kellee was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. After applying the best topical numbing cream I have ever experienced, she carefully injected the fillers, with little discomfort.

After several hours at home, I have experienced only one very small bruise. I trust Kellee for her expertise in her practice, and her ability to make me feel relaxed. I highly recommend her.

This place is one of the best surgery centers, cleanest places I have ever had any of my many surgeries at. Dr Downs was so easy and comfortable to work with. He went through every last detail and everything went 100% as he said it would. He has a real art for seeing and diagnosing issues that many other Dr's could not find over the years. My body felt so good day 2 after leaving the operating table.

I was so nervous, and the whole team made me feel so welcome and at ease. The staffing of women in this place is the absolute BEST! They are guaranteed to make you feel very comfortable. They never forget a name or a face! They have alot of patience, and really- the knowledge they all have, is amazing! There is NO question that they cant answer. I will recommend the Centre to anyone and everyone. This level of expertise is far larger than you could imagine. The Centre never disappoints!

I went to the center PC for the first time the first week of May. I had Michell do my lip injections. She took the time to listen to me and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Since then I have been back and I choose to stay with Michell.

If I could give more stars I would! Dr. Downs has been amazing throughout my cancer journey! I have one of the best mastectomys most have ever seen! It looks like my real breasts! Friendly and caring staff! If you ever have questions they are always there for you!
