I was trying to get an appointment setup over the phone, while I was being transferred upstairs and being put on hold; I herd someone pickup, but then immediately hang up on me. I understand my needs weren't an emergency, but to have someone hang up on you when you're just trying to setup an appointment is very disheartening.

They are stingy with their policies, will ban you if they make mistakes in your schedule that cause you to no be able to make it. Ive been going for almost 8 years had to wait mutiple for 25-35 minutes after my scheduled appointment tims. and some of those days i had to leave because I wouldnt have the time for it. Now last year they have discharged me as a patient, basically banning me from receiving care from anyone under their umbrella.
Which is strange because they also knew why i wouldn't make it, and somehow decided to fauot and even ban me for it anyway. This "no show" where they were late to get me in happened 5-7 times over the course of 8 years.

I can't really give a review of the care because I actually haven't been able to be seen. My issue is with the administrative steps and I'm really only giving this feedback in order for them to improve - The application process to become a patient is outdated. It's a pain for me to have to find a place to print and then find the time to drop off the application.
Then more than two weeks later I'm approved. Then an appointment is set for the first visit over a month from then - then morning of appointment (getting ready to head out the door) I get a call it's cancelled with the next available another month out! It's been almost four months of me trying to get just a basic health checkup. Surely, they are very busy - I understand - but surely, some of this process can be automated - I could apply online/schedule online without all the back and forth and waiting for phone lines to be available.

I wouldn't recommend this Dr's office to anyone. I they spent YEARS trying to figure out what was going on with me and pumped all different kinds of medicine in me and nothing! They kept saying I had gout so I totally switched up my diet and took there meds and still nothing. I saw a dermatologist for something after I decided to quit going there and she figured it out after only being in there for 15min of my visit.

I am so fortunate to have John Flanagan as my doctor. He's the best that I've had in a long time. I particularly like that I can communicate online and he usually answers within several hours. All the staff are pleasant and very helpful. You can tell I'm very pleased with the medical care I receive.
