I just had surgery on my throat to fix something that was done twice by other surgeons to no avail. I'm pleased with the level of professionalism that these guys showed. Dr. Moline took the time to explain my procedure and answer all of my questions until I was comfortable with the answers. The anesthesiologist was great along with the nursing staff. I felt confident in their hands.

When I met with Dr. Moline, he was familiar with my long history of sleep disorders and treatment from the records sent to him from my several medical practitioners. He spent a long time discussing with me a relatively new treatment option with which I was interested. Thankfully, I was immediately scheduled for the first of several tests to determine if I was an appropriate candidate for the procedure. I'm looking forward to Dr. Moline's continued fine medical care given his final approval for my surgical intervention.

Excellent health professionals. The Drs really listen to the patients to figure out issues and solve the problems. I just had a surgery in February that I needed for a long time that other Drs couldn't figure out what was going on. They figured it out fast and I was in surgery within a week and the procedure went great and I am so happy with every bit of my medical care through them. Would recommend them over any other ENT specialists in the valley.

The Doctors and Nurses are top notch. Great care. Would give 5 stars but scheduling cost me 5000.00 Deductible paid tried to have done on December. The scheduling issue pushed every thing by 3 weeks. Tried to have my bill paid before Surgery, Wrote a check for my part asked how much 3 weeks in advance got a number about 30 min before I went to surgery.
The I get a bill for another 500.00 Due on receipt. I talked to the accounting office. Very rude to my wife first off so I called. They demanded payment my wife had asked if we could spread it payment out. She told my wife that they don't do that and it should have been paid before surgery. Mind you I asked how much to pay paid what they asked from me at the time of surgery. But Other than that hassle The Doctors and Nursing Staff are Great.

I presented with likely ear damage from a rifle muzzle blast. Staff were fantastic getting me in promptly for evaluation, basically in one day. I was surprised at having to fill out pages of forms after completing basically the same forms online before my appointment. My audiologist was extremely thorough and professional. Since I use hearing aids, I have some basis for comparison.
My ENT specialist was attentive, agreed that I probably had incurred some damage, and recommended that I wait for a month or so before seeing my local hearing aid practitioner (who had recommended that I see this group as soon as I called her). This, he said, would give my damaged nerves more to time to repair themselves and my hearing to stabilize before being reevaluated.
I was a little disappointed that no countermeasures were discussed such as a course of steriods to assist in recovery, but it may be that my damage was too remote in time (almost three weeks ago) to make steroids helpful. However, since my doctor said I might still be recovering, I thought that some treatment might still be in order to help repair nerve damage. I actually would still welcome some further follow-up if anyone at CWO thinks it might be helpful.
