A couple of days ago, I visited this wonderful business along with my 86-1/2 year old mother who had recently acquired a need for a rollator with a chair. We met with Margarita Wheeler, Customer Service Representative, who assisted us in preliminarily placing the order, taking all the necessary information required from us, at the time. She kindly telephoned us at home the next day following up, having completed all of her extensive and extremely thorough research into the matter.
In a matter of brief minutes, we completed the transaction over the telephone, and the very following afternoon, came a knock at the door, as my mother's brand new blue rollator arrived to our doorstep being delivered, complimentary, all in perfect condition and working order. This is not the first time that Liberty Medical Supplies in Supply has greatly assisted me, and now, my family members. Ms. Wheeler brings great credit to Liberty Medical Specialties and is the consummate professional for all of you and your family members medical equipment needs.
