Great Dr. Completely eliminated my carpal tunnel and trigger finger in one surgery. Could have been a plastic surgeon too. My hands are scar free.

Great experience working with Dr. Fahkarzadeh and the Garden State Orthopaedic staff. The surgical procedure was thoroughly explained during our initial consulation. The surgery was well executed and has already showed positive results 4 weeks removed. Post surgery and long term expectations for recovery were fully disclosed. Dr. Fahkarzadeh's staff made scheduling appointments and office visits during the entire process a smooth one. I highly recommend working with this team.

Dr. F was great and informative but staff and forthcoming with information regarding copay was lacking. They said that the X-rays taken in office was covered but we will see if i get any bills.

Dr. Z was extremely personable, professional and thorough. I immediately felt comfortable and prioritized. His demeanor was calm, knowledgeable and efficient. I truly appreciated how he articulated his plans for my treatment.

Dr Fakharzadeh is amazing as both a surgeon and a comfort at bedside. He recently performed his 3rd surgery on me, for different problems on different hands. I returned to him 20 years after my first surgery because he is the most caring of the four elite doctors I consulted before having a very complicated and unusual proximal row carpectomy (remove a row of wristbones on my dominant hand) which gave me my life back.

I selected him because he had done a great job with conservative treatment on a different part of my wrist that spared me from having decades of problems. This time around, he did a triple surgery so that I could get all the healing out of the way in one fell swoop, at my request. I highly recommend him, even for folks who live far away, as I do. It's worth the trip!

The doctor and his staff are very professional, and courteous, they have a very clean relaxing work environment, they get you in your appointment times on time, they listen to my questions and concerns and are very helpful in getting them resolved, top shelf facility all around!

I was treated very professionally by all staff members that I encountered. Dr. Fakharzadeh was very kind, a great listener, gave a thorough examination and explained everything in detail. I didn't feel pressured for time and was allowed to explain my current medical condition in detail. Fred took care of getting pre-approval from the insurance company and he too was very kind, professional and prompt. I left feeling very well informed and greatly appreciative. This practice is a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend it.

Efficient front office handling of computer patient intake forms done in advance and in office farms. No waiting, taken in to see the physician at the scheduled time. Dr. Farkezadheh has a very nice, professional demeanor and delivered the treatment for my particular problem in a relaxed, competent manner. I was totally impressed by the whole experience!

Staff is friendly and helpful, no wait which was nice. Dr. Fred was very thorough and listened to my symptoms, I went to him to get a second opinion for carpal tunnel syndrome. He looked at my test results and ordered X-rays for another issue on one of my hands. Really liked his bedside manor and he was easy to talk to.

Went to this doctor in 1991 for my index finger that was partially cut off from a lawnmower. He did a wonderful job and now I'm having issues with my right hand and fingers. This Doctor is very nice and the people in the office were very nice also. I strongly recommend him for anyone that is having issues with their hands.

I have seen Dr. Fakharzadeh 3 times now. During each visit, he listened to me describe my symptoms, carefully examined me and took the time to fully address my diagnosis and treatment concerns. He's taken a relatively conservative approach and hasn't rushed to suggest surgery as a first step. Recommended!

Dr. F is a very kind man and gifted surgeon. I am very happy with surgery to remove a myxoid cyst on my forefinger. Also a reduction of bone spurs. My finger is not painful now. The staff was friendly and polite to me. I highly recommend Garden State Orthopaedic Associates in Paramus NJ.
