Dr. Bunker started her medical career in Baltimore, Maryland at Loyola College. While in undergraduate school, she earned invaluable experience at Shock Trauma in Baltimore, then received her Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola College. While attending medical school, she obtained research experience with Johns Hopkins allergy and immunology department.

I had called Dr. Bunker in order to get my travel vaccines and she was very dismissive and discriminatory in her line of questioning towards me concerning my form of payment. This same line of questioning was inappropriate and invasive as it had nothing to do with the appointment I was trying to schedule in the first place. She is very very rude and I ended up not even making an appointment to see her for the vaccines.

Had to deal with this woman on the phone only due to my pediatrician office being closed. Unbelievably rude and abrasive, would not even let me get my question out before insisting I bring my child in for something he doesnt even exhibit symptoms for. When I questioned this the Dr became even more short tempered and hung up.

Dr. Bunker has been my 4 kids pediatrician for 17 years. Whenever we have had an illness, she has been extremely thorough with her treatment. She covers every possibility and is always up to date on whats new in the medical world. I have found her and her staff to be friendly, her office clean and conveniently located in Latham.

Dr. Bunker has been my kids' doctor for 15 years. She's knowledgeable and up-to-date on research, she offers the medical information you need without spouting random parenting advice, and she's great about answering questions and getting you an appointment quickly when you need it. Over the years her staff has been friendly and super-competent, too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bunker's since I was 7! (more than 10 years) She has always been readily available to answer my questions and concerns. I have hypothyroidism so I need blood work done often and she always takes the time to see me and explain what's going on with my thyroid. I recommend Dr. Bunker to anyone looking for a great pediatrician!
