Dr. Richard Bryant is an excellent physician that pays attention to detail, listens attentively, and provides the best care for his patients. I had severe pain in my shoulder; Dr. Bryant provided the treatment needed for the pain. I would recommend him.

I am most appreciate of the "care" I have received from Dr Huyck and Barb (PA) and their staff over the last three years. This practice has supported me and has earnestly listened to my concerns regarding my psoriatic arthritis pain and overall health. They have shared information about my test results and medication monitoring in a way that I can understand and have always taken the needed time to review and assess my treatment plan. I highly recommend Arthritis Care in Clifton Park.

My experience here was terrible. The Docter didn't even want to do one test. Just wanted to throw medicine at me. Was rude and never coming back.

The Arthritis Care Troy office has been the worst healthcare "service" I've ever had. I've gone weeks waiting for medication refills, I've had nurses neglect to relay important information to my doctor on several occasions but today was probably the most concerning. I called to get in contact with my doctor after receiving a positive covid test. The receptionist was only concerned with cancelling my appointment(which she never rescheduled) and then told me "I don't know what you think the Dr. is going to be able to do for you" I was told there was no Dr available and she wouldn't give me a way to reach him or confirm that he would reach me.

When I started crying from overwhelm she laughed and said "well I hope things don't get worse". Please don't go here if you can help it! Find somewhere less likely to humiliate you. Edit* in regards to the response to to this- if the office was concerned with making sure I had an appointment then It would have been rescheduled. I did not speak with a nurse I spoke with a receptionist unless they also failed to communicate that to me.

I went 4-5 weeks without a prednisone refill and called the office about it and no one called me back. One day it was magically refilled. I have many issues to address but it's a better use of my time to find an office where I have access to care instead of obstacles to it. My doctor was not even aware that I had not started immune suppressants yet, or was having reaction to them later on etc bc of this office's communication break down.

Why did no one tell me my message would be passed along? Why are you hiring people to work in a healthcare setting with the public if they are going to laugh at people and brush off there concerns? No integrity here.

Waste of time. Went due to suspicion of rheumatoid arthritis. Told me not rheumatouid but osteoarthritis. Good! But refused to give me anything to help with the constant pain. I am not some drug seeking addict. I have only one kidney and am limited in what I can take. I am just looking to get through the day with a little less pain. As a side note Dr Bryan could not even remember which joint he injected. Ankle not knee. Spent less than 5 minutes on second visit.

Horrible service would not recommend them! I was having flare ups and we tired a medicine and I had a reaction to it so I was told to stop it my flare ups were getting worse. I was told there's nothing the doctor could do that I have to wait till April to see him. He didn't want to try another medicine or see me in the office sooner. I called another rheumatologist that got me in the next day tired another medicine and it's working. Was seeing dr Bryan would not recommend him or this place! They don't want to help and they don't care.

I came to this practice as my significant other has been seeing Dr. Huyck for about 8 years or so. I began having joint pains and stiffness. I saw Dr Bryan and he has been helping me to maintain my mobility and to be able to do the things I want to do. He always listens to me when I tell him how I am feeling and gives me options for treatment strategies. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I moved an hour away and I still drive to see them,

The doctors and staff here are absolutely amazing! I have been at this office for three years now. When I started here I had absolutely no answers as to why I was sick. It was the caring staff, and Providers who dug too the bottom and found answers. Since my several diagnosis, the staff has helped me through in more ways than I can count! The staff care about the health, safety and well being of their patients, they fundraisers for the Arthritis Foundation and are there at almost all hours, if you have an emergency, they are fast too respond. they are fast in general!

Most offices you wait 24-48 hours for a call back. here by the end of the same day you have a call back, they are great with emergency appointments and so much more! I recommend this practice too all of my friends because of how much the providers and the staff do for me on a daily basis! They are polite, courteous, personable and unlike any other physician office! Amanda W

Very compassionate, thorough, and caring doctors and staff. I had been referred here about 6 months ago by my primary care doctor, and it was the best and most hopeful move I have made for excellent care and hope for regaining my health and finding a treatment that may hopefully get me back to some kind of normal life. Dr. Huyck is very knowledgeable in his field, and his staff is awesome.
