If I could give 100 stars I would! The whole experience from beginning to end has been fabulous. Dr Marsh is an absolute genius and if your thinking of having anything done with regards to breast reduction or mummy makeover do not hesitate - he will change your life. His whole team from reception to the girls in his office, the hospital care and after care is fabulous.

They make you feel at ease and are there to help at anytime of the day. I literally can not thank Dr Marsh and his team enough - -you've made me look and feel more confident Thank you from the bottom of my heart xx

I am a patient of Dr Dan Marsh at the Plastic Surgery Group. On the 1st March 2022, I underwent a tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction to my flanks. And am absolutely over the moon with my results. I am currently 8 weeks post Op, and everything has gone completely to plan. The care I received from initial consultation to one week and two week check ups, and follow on appointment at 8 weeks has been outstanding. If anyone out there is thinking of having this operation, Dr Dan Marsh and his team are the best.

I cannot recommend The Plastic Surgery Group and Mo enough! From start to finish I felt so comfortable and in the best hands! Every single time I had an appointment or a phone call I was made to feel completely relaxed! On surgery day I had no nerves at all due to knowing that I was in amazing hands! Hospital staff could not have been nicer either and my whole experience was just amazing!

I sadly won't be returning for anymore surgery but happily recommend everyone and anyone looking to get any surgery done to have a consultation with Mo! I am over the moon with the results I have gotten and it has truly changed my life!

From the minute I stepped into PSG and Dan's consultation room I felt completely at ease and in the most capable hands. Dan was really knowledgeable and supportive (answering my million and one questions) while in no way at all influencing my decision. I absolutely loved that I felt no way pressured to take the next step or do anything at all. I never felt nervous throughout the whole process (I had a BA with fat grafting) because everyone made me feel so safe.

The hospital staff were exceptional and could not do enough to make me feel comfortable. I had my op during covid so I was completely alone at the hospital but I felt so safe and relaxed with Dan and the staff. My recover was amazing, I felt fine after surgery and would describe the pain as 3/10. I slept fine and everything healed so quick and well.

I 100% think this is down to the incredible hands I was in. I'm now 6 months post op and couldn't be happier with the results. I couldn't recommend Dan and the team enough, if you want the best in the business who are experienced, knowledgeable and deliver incredible results it is 100% worth the time and investment.

I cannot thank Dr Dan Marsh and his brilliant team enough. It took me a few years to make the decision to have my surgery after seeing a few different surgeons. Wonderful experience with The Plastic Surgery Group. Dr Mo Akhavani is incredible. I had a few major surgeries with him. Not only has he taken great care of me, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

The staff was always helpful and kind, too. They assured I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up. The after care is as good and as attentive as the first initial appointment. I had a butt lift after having an earlier tummy tuck with another surgeon. In the initial consultation, Dan Marsh filled me with confidence, shared what he thought would be realistic expectations, and also gave me sound advice about further surgery I didn't need. He answered all of my questions and his staff were also helpful and quick to respond to anything I needed pre- and post-op.

My healing felt much smoother and more comfortable than after my first surgery. I'm still healing but I see a huge difference already in the appearance of my bum and my body shape, generally. Finally no more back muffin top when I bend over in my trousers!
