Saw Dr Markovich today for knee evaluation, and need for possible knee replacement surgery. Dr Markovich provided me with alternative options to consider before deciding on surgery. He spent time explaining the procedures and was very easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and took time to go over my xray with me. I feel confident that should I need surgery that Dr Markovich will provide me with an excellent outcome. As a surgeon, I found Dr Markovich to be very approachable and kind. Kathleen S

My wife & I both had recent hand surgery. I had a 'trigger finger' repaired and my wife had LRTI Surgery. This was our 1st meeting of Dr. Skinner and 'immediately'. we both felt we were in 'good hands'. don't mind the pun. Dr. Skinner's nurse - Scarlett was introduced to us and the 2 of them have been both helpful & informational regarding both of our procedures. Stitches were removed today. the progress for our procedures was good & we're both on our way to no further hand concerns. We THANK both Dr. Skinner & Scarlett for your sincere care.

As a case manager I visit a variety of medical offices quite frequently. This one is the best so far. Pleasant, courteous, competent staff. Timely service. Dr. Skinner explained medical issues in detail, using language that the patient could understand.

Over 2 hour wait! They lost her appointment, then said it wouldn't be longer bc the appointment wasn't there. Patients came and left.while we still waited. As we were told you're next. Finally we left with out seeing the Dr.the wait is way tooo long. We won't be returning.

I didn't receive an evaluation, physical exam or medical history, done in my initial appointment with Dr Acker. I just looked at what should have been done, in my initial visit, with Dr Acker!

Your Covid practices are not what you write in your safety protocols. My experience today was horrible. People in almost every seat with improperly worn masks, if any mask at all. No plexiglass to safeguard patients or staff. Some staff not wearing a mask at all or below their noses. Absolutely no social distancing whatsoever. My appointment was 1:15 and I didn't leave until 2:45 watching the Covid show.

I was extremely anxious and almost walked out. I have been coming to this office well over 12 years. Now, I don't want to during this very trying time in all our lives and the protocols you claim to be practicing and are not. I didn't want to review my concerns, but maybe you'll practice what you wrote if you read this.

I have had to reschedule several times. This last time I was told I had no authorization for my visit even though I was told by a staffer that I was good till Dec. I even went an hour early because they rescheduled me and wanted me to come in early. Becoming extremely dissatisfied with this office at a great expense!

I am so happy to give this office a 5 star rating. After an unfortunate fall and fracture of my left wrist I went to see Dr. Spencer Skinner as a 2nd opinion. I was not happy with the ortho referral given me after the ER visit. My visits with Dr. Skinner were amazing from the start to finish. Liz scheduled my appointment for the next day and was so incredibly helpful. Dr. Skinner took the time to explain options and treatment plans.

After 6 weeks in 2 different casts, put on and off with amazing care. One by Liz and 1 by Wade, I am now in a splint and doing OT. An absolute amazing experience if you must be treated for a fracture. Cheers and a sincere thank you to everyone at the office. The x-ray techs, check in and check out staff are pleasant and prompt. No waiting and a very well run office! Much better experience than the 1st referred ortho office.

Dr. Ed Gomez, Matthew Walk, Scarlet and the rest of the team are absolutely fabulous! You get spectacular care from a world class team. I highly recommend getting your procedure done here by this team! Thanks for everything guys.

Specifically came here because i was in a car accident and needed a doctor who accepted auto insurance and Medicaid. my auto insurance exhausted then was sent a 500$ bill. well apparently they dont accept medicaid, and now i was responsible for paying for this. billing department was very helpful, and got my bill down to 131. but now i keep receiving bills in the mail for 160? yall LITERALLY had ONE job. im not even sure what im paying for anyways, because i really had to sit and wait TWO HOURS just to see a doctor. appointment is at 10am but dont get out of there till 1pm/2pm. then when they finally come in, there isnt much they do. i had an CT done at the hospital and thats how i figured out i had 2 hairline fractures and ligament damage. Institute did a x ray and basically said i was fine, and were going to let me walk, until i told them about the CT, which took another hour to fetch. go elsewhere, its worth waiting for an appointment with a good doctor.

I have been a patient with orthopedic and sports medicine for 21 years now. I would not go anywhere else. Through my surgeries and I've had many they've always done a wonderful job. The staff is also something to be proud of they're very polite and are there to help you when needed

The staff and professionals at the Institute of Orthopedic surgery and sport medicine are amazing. As a musician and athlete Dr. Skinner performed a marvelous job with my procedure. Best joint doctor in town! Highly recommended for their professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude.
