This place is horrible when it comes to dealing with veterans and their billing billing is supposed to go to the VA and they don't send it what they do to collections where it goes on your report and sold separately over and over again so that it never comes off even though the VA tries to take care of the bill for veterans shame on you!

Working with a lawyer and all payments were to be sent & settled with laywer. I check months later and they show up on my credit report as a non payment. This is ridiculous.

I had a workers comp claim. The sent it straight to the credit bureau without any type of research to make sure it was workers comp related.

I haven't even talked to anyone in the building, dr sent a referral for me to see them ( obviously never did) and they ran my insurance without me knowing! Now my credit is screwed up bc of a mistake they made

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Mystery bills, mystery doctors, mystery billing, will not answer the phone, unable to file insurance claims, incompetent. after one year, turned over a $2.55 claim for collection! I'm sorry for you if you are reading this! Scared Heart did such a great job taking care of me, but these guys ruined the experience. Call Sacred Heart and complain now and often!

If I could rate a 0 I would have. Never sent a statement so I can pay it. Tried calling multiple times, nobody ever answers. After 13 mins it hangs up on you. Showed up on my collects. If I hadn't just been checking my credit score I would have never found out about this. Now I'm trying to do the right thing and they won't do the right thing. Sacred Heart needs to get rid of who ever is doing this department and get somebody else.

Horrible issues with billing. Hard to get on phone. Impossible to contact using website provided. Finally did get someone on the phone and they said they didn't have my records, yet I continue to get threatening invoices that my insurance company has already paid.

Every time I use their services there are problems with billing. My insurance company shows a cancelled check with payment received by them and I keep getting billed. When I call they show the insurance company denied payment!?!? Plan on long holds trying to get it straightened out. Services were done at Perdido.

Please be careful when using their services at any Sacred Heart Hospital. They do not verify your contact or health insurance information which causes you to have a delinquent bill. After 45 days of no payment they send you to a collection agency. The collection agency (Merchants Adjustment Services) that they use is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I second the only other 1 star review. I received a notification that I have a new collections account on my credit report for a whopping $47.00! It would have been nice of them to do their job and verify the insurance and contact information! A letter in the mail, phone call, email or anything letting me know I had a balance would have been nice before it got to this point! Called to pay immediately and requested they and the collections company remove the collections account from my credit report immediately. What a joke!
