In addition to our in-office consultations, Drs. Butler, Leveque and Patterson offer virtual consultations. There is a $100 consultation fee for both virtual and in-office consultations, but that fee is applied toward the cost of your surgery or procedure. I would not recommend Dr. Butler, although personable and friendly, a year later I was not happy with his initial work nor Brittney's follow up work. Nor was I pleased by his unwillingness to even look at before and after pictures at my one year follow up appointment. In that appointment he needed to do all the talking instead of listening to his patient and what the patient needed, expected, or wanted.
I did not see much of an improvement from what I consider an expensive procedure nor much improvement from the follow up mini procedures which in my opinion should not have needed to be done if the first surgical procedure worked.

Very professional. Dr. Patterson explained everything about my upcoming procedures in great detail. Staff explained fees and pre-op process very thoroughly. Only downside was a very long wait to be seen when they called me to come earlier due to cancellations which meant an extra hour of my workday because I waited an hour to get called back and then waited a long while after in an exam room to see the doctor. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.

I can't even fully express how wonderful my experience was with Gulf Coast. I finally did something for myself that made me feel happier and more confident than I ever have before. His work is absolutely amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better place to choose than Gulf Coast! It's been a year since my surgery with Dr. Patterson and I couldn't feel better. Best decision I have ever made for myself and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience from my first appointment to my last. Everyone in the office was always extremely helpful and caring. They never felt bothered when I had many questions and / or concerns. Very reassuring. Definitely would recommend them to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Patterson and his staff were and still are very awesome. I was nervous going in for my consult. Sheena was very polite and helped me every step of the way from booking my consult all the way until surgery. Patterson was so professional, and he answered all my questions (and yes I had like a million questions) that I booked my surgery right away after the consult. Anna-Cherie helped ease my nerves when I went in for my pre op.
She was very detailed on what to do before and after surgery. The day of surgery Patterson was very compassionate and made me feel very comfortable going into surgery. I'm only 1 day post op and these girls look amazing. I can't wait until they settle into their new home.
