Services
Dr. Carol Andrews earned her doctorate degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Louis University Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a board-certified pediatrician who is specially trained in developmental disabilities.

My 9 year old daughter has been a patient here her entire life. Yesterday, i took her there because she had been running a fever off and on for more than 4 weeks. they left my sick daughter outside in the parkinglot for over an hour before finally coming out to telling me they were not going to see her because they couldn't validate my insurance. My daughter has 2 insurance.
Our new insurance company had the last two numbers of her birthday inverted. This company did not care about the sick patient it had treated for years. They could have easily worked this issue out while they treated her. Pensacola pediatrics cares about.money. They do not care about children.

Dr. Picasso is a wonderful pediatrician. As first time parents, she met with us before baby arrived to answer our questions. She was always compassionate & cheerful. When we found out that we would be unexpectedly moving to a new city, Dr. Picasso used her network to help us find a new pediatrician for our 3 month old. We used one of her recommendations & are very happy with our new pediatrician. Thank you, Dr. Picasso!

Dr. Ewert has been the sweetest doctor for our son (we love her and the nurses so much); however, I'm incredibly disappointed that they are requiring babies to wear masks to appointments. My son is turning 2 next week, and I am asked to put him in a mask. I understand that TSA and airlines don't understand that two year old are literally babies, but I expected better from a pediatrician's office. He can't even keep a diaper on these days, let alone a mask. I also wish there was better assistance offered to those without insurance.

My daughter has been going to Pensacola Pediatrics since she was first born. All of the doctors are great. We love Dr. Picasso! She is super sweet, and kind. I remember the first time meeting with her, she was so caring and patient with us. The Front Office staff is awesome as well. They always are very welcoming and sweet.

Very sadly that the clinic care more about money than the kids wellbeing, because of $20.00 stinky dollars that they say I owe from LAST YEAR and they never contacted me before, and by the way I do NOT OWE. They are not giving my children the FLU vaccine that is so important now a days and the nurse did not even let me explain how life treating is if my little one does not have it, So sad to find out that money is more important, wow! yesterday they confirmed one of my kids appointment and today they change their mind and say that no one can be seen, for 20 dollars I do not owe.

Dr. Lenga has been a fantastic doctor. She always took her time to listen to our daughter about her circumstances and concerns and was proactive in making sure she received additional testing as needed after ER visits. She also took her time to talk to us as a family and explain what we needed to understand about our daughter's health. Going to the doctor has never been anything to fear for our daughter, as she knew we would receive the care, information, and encouragement we needed at Pensacola Pediatrics.

I love them. @ Pensacola pediatric my kids has been there since 2002. They had Dr. Klein then. Dr. Clubbs, now Dr. Jason straub. And has seen a few other Dr for sick appointment. I love the staff. My kids Lou is the Best. She's like family. Thanks nurse Lou and Dr. Straub. For helping me make parenting my crew. I recommend anyone to any of their locations. Also my 3 nieces also goes the 9miles road location. So they care for all the kids in our family. That's how much we love them. .

My son is a new born. We called when we were being discharged and they made sure he had an appointment the very next day. The office staff is very thorough and helpful. They called us right away and gave us specific directions about further insurance info the office needed. The medical staff and both Dr. Andrews and Dr. Picasso have been really outstanding.
They are very informative and kind. We feel very involved and treated like we are part of the team as well. It's like a well oiled machine every time we have had the pleasure of being there. I have 2 older daughter's and I wish all our pediatric experiences were as enjoyable as my sons has been so far. Thank you! You all make a difference!
