Dr. Irani is a General Surgeon, specializing in Bariatric Surgery and Surgical Oncology. He has been in practice in Bakersfield, CA since 1991, after graduating from the University of Sydney in Australia and completing a fellowship in Surgical Oncology at the University of Miami. He is a board certified General Surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Our board-certified surgeons provide you and your family with evaluation and treatment for a full range of general surgery conditions. A minimally invasive approach to surgery, laparoscopic procedures afford patients the benefit of smaller incisions, less pain, fewer heart, lung and wound complications and shortened hospital stay.

I am very frustrated with this office! They don't have quality care because if they did there referral clerk would do her job correctly. She wouldn't just expect someone else to take care of her office patients! She literally hands me a piece of paper with numbers and said "called them"; but doesn't even follow up. I Just want someone to care and treat me correctly to enjoy doing their job and not hand the responsibility to another person.

Office unprofessional n unorganized they canceled surgery twice both times day before due to insurance then said I had to pay 20k upfront n we could proceed n that's not what the hospital said which I had to find out n let them know myself how they couldn't get this figured out in the months weeks prior is beyond me I then decided to cancel get better insurance take business elsewhere

This bariatric dr Cyrus moon is a horrible surgeon. Botched several surgeries and gets offended by being questioned by his patients misery. Had to be under his knife 3 times repairing his initial mistake and when he gets angry he tries to abandon his patients. Try another surgery office people because bariatric surgery is and should be a good thing. The office staff is unprofessional and unsympathetic.
