I have been to this facility before but it was not for myself. This time I was here for my own testing and everyone was very professional from the front desk clerk to the technician doing the test. It was about a half hour to complete the entire test but time flew by according to me. Afterward I did use their restroom and I found it to be clean unlike what another reviewer stated. I did notice they have remodeled the waiting area since my last visit and it is 100% better than before.

Rude, Crude and Socially Unacceptable. on a good day! UNORGANIZED, Lackadaisical, uncaring AND they have absolutely no idea as to how to communicate with their clients. IF, they do respond to countless requests, it will be 1 sentence and, of course it will be your fault. They wasted the time and finances of two persons, one took the day off of work to transport a disabled being to their facility HOURS AWAY from their residence only to be told after waiting in their waiting room for 15 minutes that the, 'so-called' 15 minute procedure had been cancelled and rescheduled for the next day.
A 15 minute procedure does not need to be re-scheduled for another day, especially so for persons who traveled for hours to their office. Apparently, this was a female only day as I was the only male in their office on that day and yes, I believe they are gender biased and would like to know if other males have been treated in a like same manner so that we can take appropriate actions to rectify the matter.

After waiting 2 weeks after my doctor made the referral. Got a call saying we didn't show to our MRI appointment. We never even made an appointment. They made one without even calling us. So that put us another 3 weeks out to make another appointment. Which meant we had to change our doctors appointment. Nope not using them. Gonna use Chico imaging.

Two stars. One for the tech who was very kind and gentle. 1 for the office ladies who were polite and kind, not impatient. The reason I left off 3 stars is due to how dirty the waiting room is. Broken/bent blinds, scuff marks all over the walls, dirt along base board, dirty windows. Bathroom was no better. Changing room was just as bad. I can imagine what the inside of the MRI machine was like, but I did not get to see it since I had my eyes closed. Whomever the janitor is.he/she is not maintaining a professional office like it should be.
I won't go back there because of it, plus the fact I had to wait months because they were "changing their pc system". They need to get new blinds, CLEAN the whole place thoroughly with bleach, and be more prompt in responding to doctor's requests for their services for their patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. The office showed a total lack of respect for me the patient and my time. I scheduled my mammo appt more then two weeks in advance so I would have approved time off at work. The afternoom before my appt I received a message that the technician was going to be out of the office and asking me to come in at 11AM the day after my original appt.
I made arrangements to take the time off from work as an unplanned absence. I arrived at 10:45AM and checked in. At 11:20 I was still waiting so I asked the receptionist how much longer I would be waiting. She said I was next, that the technician was cleaning the equipment. At 11:36AM the receptionist told me that unfortunately the technician had missed my order and left. Then asked me if I could return at 12:30-1PM. I am appalled that the technician went to lunch rather then honor my appt.

All of the people I dealt with for my appointment treated me very well. They were helpful, thorough, and made me feel at ease. The process was explained to me and I had all questions answered. I can't imagine going to another place now. I have read some reviews complaining about waiting an hour in the waiting room, and that is not because they run behind.
It is because they are thorough and make certain to get the images necessary. I ended up needing more time than usual to get the views necessary to see what would be needed in the follow up procedure. I imagine it was frustrating for the people in the waiting room, but I am beyond grateful for the time being spent to make certain my results were accurate and complete.

I had a horrible experience with this place. Waited over a month to try to get an appointment. I kept getting the run around. They kept saying that they either got partial or non of the information they needed. I had to do all the foot work between them and my doctor for things they needed. Well I finally get an appointment scheduled only for it to be cancelled before I even leave the parking lot.
They said the technician was going on vacation for 4 weeks so he wouldn't be available for my appointment! Do they not communicate with each other for them not to know he was going to be gone!? I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone. Thank God I found another place that same day they cancelled my appointment. And this new place scheduled me for 2 days out from the day I went in.
