The front receptionist Julie and the CT scan tech, Jim were amazing! I'm hard-of-hearing with hearing aids, and Mr. Jim took the time to explain the process to me as I have never had a CT Scan with contrast before. I felt comfortable and was taken well care of during my visit.

Sitter Buttes worked with me on waiting for payment until my settlement. They alsohelped me figure out my bill from another provider. Also their procedures cost a fraction of the cost of Adventist (ex. a CT price through Sutter was 1/5th the price of Adventists for 5 procedures I researched), and the radiologist review and contrast media is included in that price.

Voice msg says x-rays are done M-F 7:30-3:30. I've now been there 6 times over the past 4 weeks to get an x-ray. I've tried different days & times. Doesn't matter when I've gone. The sign on the door says x-ray is closed. VM needs to be updated.

Very poor service on door sign says only Thursday and Friday x-ray service is of and second time came on Tuesday still receptionist told us agin same thing we are closed for xray make sure you guys update your sign board and google detail as well.

Took time off work to do an x-ray the phone said x-rays done m-f between 7:30am-3:30pm. When I get there the is a sign that is on the door saying no x-rays on Thursdays or Fridays. Maybe you should update your hours on your phone and on your Google profile.

Giving it 1 star because out of a horrific experience, one staff member helped out and made the x ray tech do his job. I went in while having a health crisis. If you think you're pregnant or are, please go anywhere else. X rays are done while women are pregnant if it's on doctor's orders and the x ray tech fought my doctor for 6 hours because he didn't want to do his job because his opinion of my being pregnant meant more to him than my physical health, which is a very backwards and highly inappropriate way to handle that situation.

Medical professionals and staff at medical centers should have at least a tiny bit of empathy and kindness. Most of the staff there have 0% interest in being kind in any way. You're better off sitting in the e.r. for hours and hours than going there and being treated like dirt.

Was sent here for X-rays for a spine injury by Rideout Occupational Health. Arrived 20 minutes early. When I checked in the receptionist stated she had no record of my appointment, when I told her I was referred by Rideout Occupational Health she became hostile and told me to have a seat while she called to get authorization! At 15 minutes past my appointment time she calls me to the counter and says that I'm "to big" to get X-rays and that there is a weight limit for X-rays!

I am a big guy but I was never weighed so how does she know I'm "to big"? I protested and she showed me a card with weight limits for each procedure and I was under "the limits" but she said she doubted that and kicked me out of the office!

The front desk staff was friendly, prompt, gave me all the correct information and even checked to make sure I had prepped correctly for my procedure. The billing department was just as friendly, professional, fast and also checked to make sure I was doing ok prior to my test. Rosy, my CT scan professional, was very caring, upbeat, patient, concerned and all around just a lovely person.

It's not often you interact with that many pleasant, competent and friendly business people in one day- let alone at one facility. Thank you Sutter Buttes Imaging for making my CT scan so easy and pleasant.

I've always received great service here. Receptionists and technicians are very kind and helpful.
