NRO understands that our patients want to have their office visit be as smooth as possible. To help facilitate this process, we have provided our patient forms online for you to download and complete before your visit. This saves you the effort of filling out the form after you get to the office. Listed below are the patient forms we have you fill out when you come for a visit.
Northern Rockies Orthopaedic offers state-of-the-art musculoskeletal care, provided by doctors who have completed not only their orthopaedic surgery training, but also have pursued fellowship training in their areas of orthopaedic subspecialization. All of our physicians are board certified or eligible in orthopaedic surgery.
Please tell the receptionist the reason for your visit so ample time is arranged. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, or are unable to keep your appointment, please call us immediately. Emergency cases are taken immediately. If an emergency sets us off schedule, our receptionist will try to advise you of the delay. If you have been treated at another clinic, please bring your X-rays, records, and any helpful information with you to expedite your care.

Well, I'm in the exam room.been here for a half an hour.waited in the waiting room over an hour past my apt. So I'm 1 1/2 hrs past my assigned time and still no doc. Probably the reason for the low rating (3.7 as of today). Pretty frustrating.they have phones.why didn't they call to say they were running late? I know they would want me to call if I was runnig late. It's now 4:47 and they close at five. This should have been handled way different. Very disappointed.

2/3 providers I've seen here are great. However one has left me wondering how much she was actually listening to concerns. It definitely felt like tone changed and I was being rushed out the door when I didn't immediately opt for a MRI and surgery. Dealing with the same surgeons's assistant afterward left me with the same feeling that I'm wasting their time.
When I set up the appointment initially I was asked by the scheduler if I was comfortable seeing said female provider as there had been some recent negative feedback from other male clients of that surgeon. From my experience it's not that she's a woman, it's more of either a personality clash or the tone of the interaction. Reiterating, I'm sure all three providers I've seen are very competent surgeons, the patient doctor relationship however varies greatly.

Today I sat on hold for 30 minutes AFTER I was sent to the wrong extension after already waiting for 10 minutes on hold. I never once spoke to a human being. The unfortunate part is I work in health care and I was attempting to confirm an appointment for a patient who was waiting in our exam room. I personally know the physicians at NRO are amazing but their customer service is disappointing, especially when it trickles down to our patients.

One year ago today September 10th Dr. Jessica Telleria fused my left ankle. Before during and after the surgery she prepared me for every step in the healing process. The ankle fusion is a very painful debilitating surgery. I followed her directions to a tee and today I can walk, hike, ski, raft, etc pain free. Yes pain free with no assistance from ibuprofen ect.
I was cleared to ski in February though very sensitive I could get out and enjoy the freedom and fresh air. I am looking forward to another great ski season In western Montana. Dr Telleria was the 5th ankle surgeon I went to in my search for the right procedure. She was the most confident, honest humble of them all and made the surgery go exactly as explained prior. Thank you Dr Telleria. I suggest Dr Jessica Telleria to anyone with foot and ankle issue.

My experience with Dr. Whiting was excellent! He recognized my hip dysplasia and knew I needed surgery ASAP, unlike the other 6 surgeons I had seen. What a relief to be able to put on my pants and sit without pain! He didn't have me get a cortizone shot and do pain blockers to eliminate where the pain was coming from, unlike the terrible racquet going at Bone and Joint. Kathleen (Kitty), his assistant, was also superb.
She is one of those rare people who immediately puts you at ease by her mere presence. All my questions were answered clearly and concisely by both Dr. Whiting and Kitty. It's now been almost 3 months post surgery. I cannot recommend this dynamic duo enough!

I just had a hip replacement surgery I was in 8 to a 10 on the pain scale before the surgery. Iv had this pain for about 20 years finally found a doc to say I CAN HELP YOU. I'm 51 years old and very active man. I had my surgery on the 9th of February it is now March 1st. my pain level is a 0 I'm am so happy that I said yes to surgery. I thank you Doc WHITING AND STAFF for a the best care you all are the GREATEST THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will tell everyone I know about this it has changed my life for the better. I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH.
