Our Physicians conduct all ultrasounds from the comfort of our office for your convenience. Pre-conception counseling, contraceptive management and, infertility treatments are offered. In order to reduce both staff and patient exposure during this time, healthcare and government officials are encouraging healthcare clinics to use tele-medicine for many non-emergent healthcare needs. This allows patients to have a personalized, virtual visit with their healthcare provider without going into the clinic and from the comfort of their own home.

Lifestages was founded by Drs. Juliette and Dustan Hughes, and opened its doors in 2005. They believe every woman is an individual with unique needs for her care. Through their expert and compassionate care they will strive to make your pregnancy a special and memorable time in your life. Dr Dustan Hughes received his undergraduate education at Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida.
At Lifestages, our services include but are not limited to those listed below. Our physicians are continually educated on the latest theories in medicine and use current technology that benefit our patients. Lifestages believes that maintaing your gynecologic health is an integral part of your overall health.
We do not recommend email as the best form of communication to discuss personal health information. Please call the office with personal health questions as these will not be addressed through email. Glad I decided to switch clinics when I did. After I switched I started receiving bills in the mail - so I called them to ask if they were billing my insurance. Somehow my insurance had magically disappeared from their system and they refuse to back bill anything. She found a note in their system from a couple of weeks ago that said my insurance was approved (even though I had given them my information prior to that date) so they can bill back to that date but nothing before that - including the first visit which is the most expensive. Lmao she said word for word, "that note saved you, " so now I only owe them $400 instead of $600?
I will never be returning here and I will make sure my friends and family know not to go here as well. Not to mention on my very first visit, I hadn't received my insurance cards in the mail yet, so I had to pay the $350 co pay. The front lady informed us they would still be able to have my insurance pick that up and they would pay it back to us - now since I apparently "never gave them my insurance information" that money is going towards the billing. Just very poor communication, lying, and very shady IMO

They will remove your insurance information without notifying you then bill you for services that should have been covered. We called to ask if they would charge the payment to the insurance that we were covered by at the time of service and they refused to do that for us. We will be finding a new doctors office because we find that ridiculous.

Worst place ever! Allison Bates is the most uncaring doctor I have ever had! Brought her paperwork from previous doctors about my headaches since 2015 yet she claims she cant fill out my fmla forms because I need to see a specialist, I have called this specialist twice and they said the haven't received the referral yet, it's been one month. So I can't get my fmla forms filled out and she won't send the referral. She is forgetful as well, said tgey would perform their own eye exam, still waiting.will NEVER recommend anyone to this facility or her. I'm switching doctors for sure.

I have never in my life been so disgusted with the professionalism or lack of it from Amy in billings. Even more sad she called her self a manager. They can't even submit a bill with a code that an insurance can code. I was very pleased with the dr when I met with him but I will never return and strongly encourage others not to come here because of this one person AMY!
She called me a liar and told me her name was non of my business. She deserves to be fired and I'm shocked a place would give her the title of manager. I will be contacting the correct people to make sure she does not get away with the way she talks to patients. From the reviews on this place they need to replace the billing department.

If you are thinking about going to Lifestages run the other way fast. I have never been treated so badly in all my life. Receptionists are so horribly rude and uncaring. Doctor Hughes put me and my baby in danger, and now we have complications with our son, and I blame him. I will continue to urge couples to not go there, because of what happened to us.
If I had to do it over again, Dr. Hughes would NOT have been my doctor. He didn't even have the decency to deliver my baby, because he was mad at me. The nurses texted, called, and paged him for 15 minutes, and he was a no show. He acts like a child and is spoiled brat, who throws tantrums. The on call doctor delivered my baby. Lifestages is a terrible place to go, and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, any other place would be better!

I see Dr. Dustan Hughes and he is amazing. I had a miscarriage in March and he was amazing describing the whole procedure and making sure I was o.k after all of that. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and if I have any questions or concern I can always call and I get a call back the same day. The whole staff is very caring, understanding and awesome all overall.

Always amazing. My mom had dr. Hughes with my sister and i both, 24 years later she delovered my son by far the best experience with any dr and ive had 2 prior pregnancies with different doctors. Now i see janine franco and she is wonderful, intelligent and defintely respects your moods and feelings. They are all kind and make you feel so cared for and respected. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
