We specialize in treating a spectrum of rheumatic disorders including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Vasculitis, Sjogren's Syndrome, Scleroderma, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, and Gout.
The staff at Idaho Arthritis Center is made up of a dedicated group of professionals who are committed to making your visit to our office relaxing and enjoyable. In addition to our outstanding team of doctors and advanced practice providers, our staff includes registered infusion nurses, ultrasound technicians, phlebotomists, laboratory technicians, and medical assistants.
The specially trained Rheumatology physicians at Idaho Arthritis Center provide expert diagnosis and world-class treatment to patients affected by rheumatic disorders. We use Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Immunotherapy (also known as Infusion Therapy) to diagnose and treat our patients. Our high-complexity, CLIA certified lab allows our lab technicians to perform tests in-house so that treatment may begin as soon as possible.
We ask that you contact your pharmacy and request a prescription refill. The pharmacy will send the request to us electronically and we will process your prescription refill. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request. We kindly ask that you provide a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can offer that appointment to another patient.

Excellent providers and staff! I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and I have always felt like I matter. The providers are always willing to try new treatments to find out what works for me and are always willing to listen. I would recommend this office for anyone struggling with arthritis. I had been seeing Dr Palfryman and missed a couple of appointments in 2019 due to my daughter being pregnant and very sick. They discontinued my care and refuse to see me again. How is it a person misses a couple of appointments and you discontinue care but at every appointment I did go to it was a minimum of an hour wait in the waiting room and 30 mins in the room for the doctor to come in for less than 10 mins. He was always overly scheduled. I'm in extreme pain daily where there are days I can't get out of bed. And this is one of the only clinics around.

This is by far the worst medical clinic I have ever dealt with. Hours behind schedule, changing your provider without notifying you, and the front desk is rude and unwelcoming. Idaho really needs to step up it's game with rheumatologist because Dr. Lagwinski and his practice can't seemed to be bothered with their patients.

Rude staff, Greg the office manager stated "why would we want you as a paitent" like a office a manger get to choose who gets to see the doctor, Wendy is a horrible mean nasty human who should not be allow to work with any humans let alone a medical setting. I have to go to tne ER for my care at this time because of this office. They have zero concern with people.
Run away from this place before you even call/ they never bothered to ever tell me I wasnt able to be seen due to my St. Lukes care ten years ago with Dr. Dingman, Currently I see St. Als with Dr. Paul J Montalbano, MD, at 6140 W Curtisian Ave #400, Boise, ID 83704. However no one cared to ask. I was than told it was illegal to request my records from them as to how this choice was made.
They refused. I have a meeting with the HR department for the hospital re: this office and I just so happen to record all my calls thanks to a Iphone app. Iphones can dreally do anything lol

This is the worst facility and providers. My doctor sent a referral in. They called and without even seeing me they said there was nothing they could do. Are you kidding me! Where is the customer service and taking the time to listen to concerns that individuals might have. I can see why they have the rating of a 3.5! I would not recommend them to anyone. Apparently they are too busy to even see you.
