Ada West Dermatology - Randall D Burr

I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Time with Dr. Burr is appropriate, and he is very good about explaining procedures, etc. I have always been satisfied with my visits here. That being said, you need to be prepared to wait patiently for your visit. My last visit was scheduled for 11:15, and I was called back at approximately 11:50. I was walking to my car by 12:15. This is typical, in my experience. I am, however, willing to wait for a very good Dr.!

Good appointment. Steve is friendly and professional. Took a good look at me and took care of all concerns. Best part is that my wife had an appointment in 3 weeks, but they worked her in during my appointment saving us another trip from Mountain Home to Boise. Thank you very much. My wife needed shots for some work on an arm. The nurse/technician was very good with the needle. Thanks again for saving us another trip to Boise.

Dr. Burr is absolutely the best MD I have ever been so lucky to see. His bedside manner is out of this world. He is professional, but interested in the patients and how we are doing. He goes above and beyond of his exceptional care of his patients. If only all MD'S were like Dr. Burr.caring and compassionate. Thank you for being amazing! His staff are all amazing too! It's just an all around great atmosphere.

My first appointment was great. I was first appointment of the day (per scheduling), but sat for almost 15 minutes, but when we got down to business, the communication was very good. Time was taken for my input and questions. Support staff both at front desk and in exam room was excellent. I've done way too much sun in the past 69 years and feel that they will be completely capable of managing the damage through the next several decades. Great location, parking AND facilities! Don

I have had four visits with this Ada West Dermatology. Every visit, from start to finish, was well-handled and professional. From the person at the front door to check-in, PA work, nurses and the dermatologists - all made me feel very comfortable. Any questions, or concerns, I had were answered to my understanding. I trusted their procedures, diagnoses, and treatments. On top of being professional, everyone was very friendly and personable. Five Stars!

Both of my sons have seen Dr. Swanson on multiple occasions and every time we have a great experience. She is so kind and personable! She takes time to explain things and answer any questions I have. She is knowledgeable and I have confidence in her treatment plans knowing she has the best interest of her patients in mind and the experience to back it up! I feel so fortunate to have the best (in my opinion) pediatric dermatologist here in the Treasure Valley.

The first team member that I had the pleasure of running into was Don at the door. He's was such a pleasure to meet and very helpful. Once upstairs the receptionist was super sweet and very helpful. I had the privilege of working with Julia and Steve, both of them took such great care of me and were so informative about everything that was going on.

I can honestly say that I was truly impressed with the entire experience. To top it all off Don wished me a great and safe day. What a way to make me feel so special and not just the next patient! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you to all that assisted me.

I've been an "as needed" patient of Dr. Wells for almost five years. The staff is courteous, thorough and timely. Dr. Wells takes his time with me, answers my questions and is prompt to ensure my visits run on time. He provides options when possible and talks through alternatives and risks associated with treatments. I've recommended Dr. Wells and Ada West to several neighbors and coworkers.

My first visit to Ada West Dermatology and I am so impressed! From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated kindly and with respect. My appointment was right on schedule, which is rare at any medical facility. Dr. Pitt and his assistant Hailey were very cordial and I didn't feel like I was just a number and they were in a rush to move on. They took time to talk with me, were very thorough and helpful with answering questions. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Wells is fantastic. We first took our 15 year old son to him and he got his skin issues cleared up in less than six months. Four years later he still has beautiful skin. We just started treatment with our daughter and are confident Dr. Wells will help her achieve the same results!
