My experience with Dr. Luque has been great. I've only seen her twice and both times she was professional, listened to my concerns, and patient. The reason for my 3 stars is for one of her staff member, Kelly. Kelly was rude, impatient, and should not have a job dealing with patients. She was short with me when she called to inform me of my health results and then claimed that "Sorry you're having a bad day!" which I wasn't until I received her call, she was rude and was not really listening to what I was asking her. I hope the nice, Office Mgr. (Polly) will advise and give Kelly more customer service training. Thank you.

I've had good experiences at Dr. Luque herself. I felt that she addressed my health issues well and she has a good bedside manner in my opinion which is nice when you aren't feeling well. I also felt that her nurses took good care of me as well. I've had mixed experiences with the front receptionists in the past but overall my experiences have been good.

My experience with Dr. Luque was terrible! For over a month I had a wellness appointment scheduled and a few days before that appointment I called her office to let them know I thought I was getting a sinus infection due to my grandbabies getting me sick with a cold. I am prone to getting sinus infections and it is well documented in my patient history. Dr. Luque's office did not have any appointments available so I went into urgent care where I was treated for my sinus infection and put on anabiotic's.
A few days later I got a call from the receptionist at Dr. Luque's office stating that I needed to push out my wellness appt out for another 14 days due to me having a sinus infection? Only an hour later to receive a phone call from Dr. Luque's office manager stating that I should disregard the past phone call from the office staff and to come in for my scheduled wellness appointment.
Then the day of my Wellness appt I personally received a phone call from Dr. Luque. She tried to convince me to do a telehealth appointment instead and asked me to have "compassion on her and her office staff since they'd have to be in the same room with me for an hour." I asked Dr. Luque where was her compassion for me and why was she treating me like I had the Plague.
I tried explaining to Dr. Luque that I had been on an anabiotic for 4 days and that my very little symptoms were gone. I was in tears asking Dr. Luque how she could evaluate my medical issues over the phone; high blood pressure, ongoing chest pain and tightness especially with my family history of cardiac issues. I was mid sentence talking/crying when Dr. Luque abruptly HUNG UP the PHONE on ME!
It was not by coincidence that this happened as neither Dr. Luque nor anyone from her office tried calling me back. Dr Luque see's sick patients on a weekly basis but choose to ignore her hippocratic oath in treating my personal health needs and concerns due to her fear of covid. And this is NOT the first time that Dr. luque has refused to treat me.
Two years prior to this incident she refused to treat my high blood pressure stating she felt uncomfortable treating me and therefore I now have to see a cardiologist when Dr. luque is plenty capable of treating patients for high blood pressure issues no different to my own. PATIENTS BE WARE!
