I came here a few years ago(after being given rave reviews) & my experience has always bugged me. The ultrasound tech was awful! She forgot to turn on the tv so my husband could see the baby (I didnt want to see-i wanted to be surprised later).she got upset that the front desk staff let me come in for a gender scan at 17 weeks & said "Im going to have to have a talk with them" (awkward ). & then was flustered because her radio kept going in and out. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable! I immediately switched over to Baptist & got amazing care!

My wife was 10 weeks pregnant when she started to experience miscarriage symptoms. We didn't know it at the time. She was going through extreme pain and started bleeding on a Friday evening. I contacted Corner Stone Women Clinic for my wife to see a doctor at 0900 on Saturday. The receptionist told me that all the doctors were booked and that a nurse would exam my wife and do lab work on her.
They did a lab work on her on Saturday. No doctor examine her. No explanation on what to expect. Simply fill out paper work, blood work and leave. The nurse did told my wife that I would can a call on Monday for the result. My wife experienced more pain on Sunday and more bleeding on Monday morning. I called the clinic to check on the result at 0800 (Opening hour) on Monday morning.
I had to wait exactly 43 minutes before I could speak to a nurse, Nurse Autumn (spell phonetically). Autumn told me that she doesn't have the result yet. She would call me when she gets the result and she would talk about seeing a doctor then. I waited until 1530 on Monday. No calls. I called in at 1530 and had to wait until 1615 before I could speak to a nurse.
The nurse told me that Autumn had left early for the day. I asked the nurse on my wife's results. She told me there was nothing on the lab result and that she needed to draw blood for another lab test. I told her that my wife was going through a lot of pain, could a doctor exam her? The nurse told me no doctors were available and that she could fit my wife in for an ultra sound.
I asked her what the closing hour for the clinic is, she assured me the clinic opens until 1800 and that my wife just need to enter through the Urgent Care entrance. My wife arrived at 1655, all the staff members were unpleasant. The nurse that did the lab work was rough on my wife. After the lab work, they told my wife to check out. I called in again to ask about the ultra sound and asked for a doctor.
The receptionist told me there was a miscommunication, all the ultra sound staff already left. I told her that my wife was experiencing a lot of pain, everybody in my family was nervous. Everybody was emotional (anger). I told the receptionist to please ask for somebody to check up on my wife. I literally beg for two minutes before she walked to the back of the office.
When she came back, my wife was accepted for an ultra sound. It seemed that everybody was unpleasant this day. The nurse was rough too. She did not advise my wife on a position to be in, forcefully inserted the ultra sound device in my wife. She experienced more discomfort afterward. No result from the ultra sound. At this point, my entire family was nervous. Parents from both sides, uncles, aunts, grandparents.everybody was angry. WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. NO COMFORT FROM NURSES, NO DOCTOR SEEN.
That same Monday evening (around midnight), we had to transport my wife to an emergency room. The doctor at the emergency room told my wife and family that she had a miscarriage. I understand that this is an unfair rating for the doctors who work here as we did not get a chance to see them. I am in the military and I was having an assignment at another state.
I had to listen to the pain my wife was going through over the phone. Thank you Corner Stone Women Clinic for taking care of my wife and the absolute agony my family had to go through. I am not writing this to undermine the clinic's practice. I am writing this so that future patients can avoid our mistakes. I am sure that there are people who have good experience here. If you are reading this, congratulations on your new child but please beware. Feel free to contact me if any of the above is confusing.

I'm scoring this place a 0 just off of their phone systems. They have a number listed on google only for you to call it and a lady is reading off a script telling you about all the things you shouldn't do and by the time she gets around to explaining what to do about appts she's given over 3 different numbers! Like find a way to make it short and sweet but the number that you get from the automatic system you call it and it's another lady saying the same thing! ALL I WANT TO DO IS SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON TO MAKE AN APPT. IF YOUR CREW SO BADLY HATES ANSWERING THE PHONE YOU SHOULD RESULT IN ONLINE APPT SCHEDULING. TRUST ME WE DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH NASTY ATTITUDES EITHER.

I love love love this clinic. I've been using them for about 7 years or so now. Dr. Anderson and her team are wonderful. I've had to see a few of the APN's as well and they have all been fantastic. Of course with a busy clinic you will have issues but even with wait times and sometimes trying to stay on hold to speak to someone I will never go anywhere else.

If you are visiting the clinic first time, ask the staff at the front desk about every bill that you will owe before or after visiting. I asked about the additional bill but they didn't tell me anything, so over $500 was charged unexpectedly. If they told me like the lab test would be separately charged later. I am new here. I have never been to Women clinic because I have been healthy.
When I called the clinic to hear about it, the staff was so rude because she didn't want to listen to the patient, and she explained her own things. I felt that the lady was extremely unprofessional!

I've come here for about 7 years and up until a year ago it was just for annuals. I promised myself I'd leave a review after I had my baby. I've referred several friends/fam here as well and they love the clinic. While the reception is hectic and it's hard to get through for appointments or to leave a message, I still ultimately always was able to get what I needed.
My only other complaint is that the billing department was slow so the deductible I paid up front was due to be refunded and that was a slight inconvenience, as was getting STDisability paperwork. The staff though is wonderful and DR. ANDERSON was a godsend. She took exceptional care of me and I had major issues. Most importantly though, I truly believe she cared which is a rare thing these days in any profession. I also love that it is a Christian oriented place. Baptist Hospital in LR treated me like a queen also. I would go here a million times over again to have a baby.

Find another place! At first ultrasound I was able to be in the room with our two young kids. Now we're back at 20 weeks for gender reveal and only one person can go in. Since we cannot leave our kids in the waiting room by themselves, me and my son had to wait outside the room. So they've ripped me of the experience of seeing my unborn child move around and the experience of the gender reveal.

At this point i give this clinic a 1star. I like the look and feel of the clinic. The upfront staff are friendly. However my Doctor is the problem. I was told that he was one of the best, however after seeing him a few times i am left terrified about my upcoming delivery. Each time i leave there i am in tears on the ride home because, i don't know what is going on with me health wise.
I asked him a few questions that weren't answered. I voiced my concerns and it was clear that my concerns didn't matter. He seems to be in a rush to leave the room. At this point I am feeling like what am i paying for because I am not getting the care that I should be getting. I am thinking of just going with no more prenatal care until i go into labor why pay a doctor for work he is not doing.
I would rather keep my over 300 a month. And save my insurance from being charged for care i am not getting. I even found out my neighbor uses him and she loves him saying he talks to her etc, but he doesn't to me maybe its my face i don't know. But feel i should at least be treated with the same level of care.
