The staff is amazing! I needed new glasses after meeting with Dr Law. The ladies that helped me were wonderful. When I got the glasses they didn't quite work where I needed bifocals and the girls worked with me tell I was good with the prescription. Truely wonderful! Thank you ladies

Very Professional. I always knew what to expect about my cataract surgery. Dr. Peterson and his staff were vary kind and extremely organized. If your thinking about cataract surgery, this is the place to go.

Wait in waiting room was longer than expected but, there had been an emergency that we were informed of. Staff and Doctor were friendly and helpful.

Dr. Peterson did both my eyes. He is the best; very understanding and I highly recommend him. Thank you

Our appointment was at 840. We arrived at 815, filled out all the paperwork, and did not get called back until 9:15. Eyes are dilated now, and the med assistant said that it would take 20 minutes. We are still waiting to see the doctor and it is 10:14. A patient that went in after us has already seen the doctor and is now gone! If they would have told us when we scheduled the appointment that it would take half the morning to see the doctor, I would have taken the whole day off instead!

Dr Jepsen is amazing as always! Even though I live in North Carolina now, I will always only go to Mountain View in UT. Natalie helped me out with my glasses and Norrie was extremely helpful with contacts. The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They treat their patients like family and genuinely care about their lives. I make sure to always time my trips to UT around my appointments there. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend!

My experience at Mountain View was awesome. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and from the start by his knowledge and professionalism I knew I was in good hands with Dr Peterson. He answered all of my questions in terms that a layman could understand. It was a very enjoyable experience. If I ever needed to repeat this process I would surely choose him and his staff to do this or any other eye related procedures.

My kids have been coming here for a few years, ever since my oldest daughter had a health scare. They were so great working with us at finding out a quick diagnosis and getting us in fast. Over the years they've been so good at changing our appointments when needed, and getting us records quickly. We've mostly been to see Dr Peterson, but we have seen the others at least once. They are all great and have good bedside manner.

I've been going to Mountain View Eye Center for the past decade. I have been to all of the doctors for various reasons and needs for my eyes. I can say my eyes are better now than when I started going to MVEC. The doctors are attentive to my needs, helpful, and have patience. As I have taken their recommendations and applied them, my eyes have progressively become better.

I read through a good list of the reviews before I decided to write mine; I do not usually like to write reviews. When reading any review, I look to see if it is a company or individual problem. For the majority of the low star reviews (which should be 3/5 stars, but are 1/5, IMHO), they are individual problems. I also see the company moderator addressing all of the reviews with responses.

To me, that is a sign of a company that cares and wants the best for both customer and company. In my opinion, I do find that a few lower stars have valid concerns. When they say they had to wait longer than the anticipated time. I have found myself there as well at times, but they have great doctors that care about their individual patients' concerns and needs, instead of just push people though like cattle to make more money.

I am sure willing to allow for a little more time that is within reason, so I can have my eye treatment catered to my individual needs. Overall, I would give Mountain View Eye Center a 5/5 stars. I find nowadays it is hard to find exceptional doctors, especially ones that care for the individual. I'm sure there will be ups and downs over the years with staff, but I for one am not willing to let just any doctor work on my eyes, but I have trust in the doctors at Mountain View Eye Center!

My cataract surgery was easy and stress free. Dr Peterson is very professional and has a great bedside manner. He met with me before both surgeries and explained clearly exactly what was going to happen so there were no surprises. Recovery was painless. I would trust him with anything eye related.

Dr. Peterson got us in last minute after my daughter had an eye injury. Thankfully all was well, and he made the experience a great one for our girl. She was pretty nervous throughout the appointment, but he was patient and kind all the way through.
