Save yourself a call if you are a new patient and need to be seen soon. I called on 9/29/2021 to make an appointment as a new patient for treatment of some sores on my neck and into my hairline. I was told the next available appointment for a new patient was the first week of January.

Very informative and great "bedside" manners. She is a class act, really appreciated all of the staff and how diligent they were to make sure I knew what to be concerned or not concerned about for my appointment. The team was great in giving the necessary details to make the appointment a smooth experience. Efficient and thorough.

Dr. Berger and Maria, her assistant, were seriously the best. Attentive, intelligent, kind, respectful. I sensed that they understood the financial and health needs of the patient and tried very hard to give me what I needed from them. Dr. Berger has great bedside manner.

I recently went and saw Dr. Berger upon recommendation from my mom who is a long time patient of hers. Everyone in the office and the whole staff are such great, polite, professional, and fun people. They treat me so well and I can't praise them enough! Thanks Dr. Berger and staff!

Dr Robin, and staff, I can't possibly say enough about them all! It's always unnerving when your face has to be cut into, somewhat. They were so comforting, attentive and truly cared about how I was feeling about the entire process. Dr. Robin Berger demonstrated expertise in the field of Dermatology through her knowledgeable answers and effective results. She quickly and accurately diagnosed my husband's skin condition, which was confirmed by the lab analysis. She is excellent at conveying information and fostering a sense of care. As a bonus, she has a sense of humor and is comfortable/enjoyable to be around.

Had a skin tag on my eyelid that was large enough to need to be numbed to be removed. She was quick & skilled. I also had age spots that needed treatment & she froze those off & though insurance won't cover that the charge was incredibly reasonable.

I dont have high expectation for dermatologist but this was my worst experience so far by far. I went to this office for a cancer screening which she did my whole body in about five minutes. When she was done she was like oh i forgot to check your back. Her assistant was like you already did it. Then she was walking out and was like I forgot to check your face.

Her assistant, you already did. A few weeks later I called to have my records transferred and needed to get them sent ASAP because I actually has a mole that came back with serious concerns and they want me to do a biopsy. I told the lady I was signing the form now and would get it to her in minutes. She said she would get right on it. Seven hours later I called and she was like oh yeah, I'll check to see if I got your email. Really?! That's so sad. Obviously, never going back.

I had some filler under my eyes, nasolabials, etc. Dr. Berger did a terrific job. It's very natural; not at all overdone. Impressed and happy.

I scheduled an appt for my husband and son to get a black head removed. It's the deep kind that they have to surgically take out the sac. It took months to get in to see her. When they went she literally looked at it and said yep I can do that if you want. Please schedule another appt. Really?!?!? What a joke! Now they have to go back and pay another co-pay. I don't know if this is what other dermatologists do, but I thought it was insane since that is literally why they went there the first time.

Prompt, thorough, friendly and friendly staff. Of the 6 or more dermatologists I've seen over the last 10 years, Dr Berger inspires the most confidence

Dr. Berger and her staff were awesome! She was able to remove a cyst for me with ease when another Doctor was wanting to charge an astronomical price. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a fantastic Dermatologist.

Dr. Berger is honestly the best. I've seen multiple doctors for my acne and their approach to fighting it wasn't effective. Her approach is different and effective, my face has cleared up a lot. Don't hesitate to go to her. My friend recommended me to her, and I'm glad I went. If I hadn't gone my face probably would've ended up pretty scarred. What I loved about her is that she gives you her full attention, really listens to you, and explains why she's giving you certain medications, how they work, and what's going on with you internally. I told her I didn't want to take Accutane, and she worked out a plan and it worked! She truly cares and takes her time with you. Thanks so much Dr. Berger, you're the best!

Dr Berger is a great doctor! She has been my dermatologist for years. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a small surgical procedure recently. Dr Berger and Janice were so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Dr Berger also made sure I felt very little pain. She is very personable and kind. Her staff is also very helpful and kind. Great people and great medical providers. I would highly recommend her office.

Dr Berger is much better than Dr Kern in Park City who was too quick with the freeze gun. Very upbeat. My husband & I liked her. However, her front office person was suppose to call back about a script but didn't on a Friday so my husband had to wait over the weekend.

Not satisfied with the way they billed visit nor was the treatment successful. Would not return again.

Our family has gone to Dr. Berger for the last 10 years or so. She is very personable, conservative in her recommendation for treatment, professional, as well as a skilled physician. I would recommend her to anyone.

She is reasonable and attentive. Her hours are somewhat limited, so be sure to plan ahead. But she does a good job!

Both my daughter (7) & I visited Dr. Berger today. She is such an amazing Dermatologist! Very patient with kids & very knowledgeable! Her staff were all amazing. Will continue to see her, as well as recommend friends & family to her! Thank you Dr. Berger.
