Dr Burton is warm and kind and very professional. She is willing to listen to you and to answer your questions. I wish I could remember the name of the nurse who helped me. She too was very professional, friendly and helpful. The staff that checked me in and out greeted me warmly, made sure I had what I needed and were very kind. My total experience there was top notch!

Dr. Zimmerman Is very professional is a people person and knows her job and her profession she's very understanding and listen to your problems, Her staff is works very well with you To make sure you understand about your follow up, Are any prescriptions she has provided. People at the front Desk are very Polite, and check out too Places very clean and organized Wait time is no problem I wouldn't change a thing

What a wonderful experience I had at Columbia Skin Clinic yesterday! I was taken back to a room within 10 minutes of my arrival. The doctor and her assistant were so nice, fun, and sincerely interested in me! They took the time to discuss any problems I had and they made me feel 'heard. This is really a great place to come. Not only are they super good doctors but they're kind and helpful people!

Very efficient and helpful staff. Waiting time was short. Dr. Zimmerman is wonderful. Great bedside manner--very smart and has a gentle caring touch. Very thorough exam with clear explanations and follow up instructions. I would recommend Dr. Zimmerman and her staff to anyone looking for a Dermatologist.

I went in & didn't had to wait long. I was called in the back & everything went quite well. The doctor heard my concern & develop a plan that I believe will work. She was very friendly & down to earth. The customer service is very good & the environment made you felt like home. The only thing that they can do is get chairs in the lobby for women with wide hips to be able to sit in comfortably. Overall, a great experience.

This is the second time (4 year interval) that I had Dr Chow take care of a skin cancer on my nose. He did a great job as usual, and the ladies that assisted him did a great job both technically, and in keeping my thoughts distracted from the actual surgery. It was as enjoyable as such a visit could be. Thanks to the entire practice, you have a great team.

My visit at the Columbia Skin Clinic went very well. I did not have to wait to be seen. The doctor remembered me and my problems though it had been a year since I had seen her. She was very thorough and checked on everything so that I felt comfortable. I happily made an appointment for next year's visit. She sent in any prescriptions I might need so I would not have to call for them. My doctor was Sara Briton and I highly recommend her.

I have been having problems with my scalp, hair loss and acne in my latter years and as a black woman I was very unsure of my service and care that I would receive. I was pleasantly surprised. Laura Winn and Dr. Mouzakis have been taken really good care of me. Love, love Columbia Skin Clinic. The staff has been very nice, courteous and professional!

One positive: office staff was excellent! Waited almost an hour only to be told that I wanted my procedure for cosmetic reasons rather than medical. Seemed more concerned about getting paid than helping me. Did not communicate his thoughts/treatment plan well and was rude in my opinion. In fact, I was expecting one treatment and got another. Wasn't told until it was finished. Needless to say, I will never see him again!
