I came here the first time a few weeks ago to have PCR testing. It was fast and nice. However I had to get another PCR testing today and the experience was much different. The doctor assigned to the office for the day, did a whole exam on me and my young daughter just to get a PCR test. We were not sick, just needed it for travel. I believe this doctor did that just to bill the insurance more money.

Appointment made within 90 minutes. Phone operator was very polite but a bit slow. In person appointment started on time. A little long (30 minutes) for a 5 minute physician review. Very professional and courteous personnel. Useful "Solv" app although it seems that the website and the app do not communicate information (need to enter twice).

Everything in this office was streamlined and went very smooth. We arrived 5 min before our appointment and waited about 15 min which to me isn't bad at all. Went for a DOT physical, Rayshaun and Avi did a thorough job & made my daughter feel comfortable all the while. The young lady who drew the blood was a pro! I'm sorry I didn't remember her name or the young lady behind the desk who typed incredibly fast! All were fabulous! Will definitely recommend this Physician One!

I arrived promptly for my appointment. Twenty minutes later, I was told to 'go back'. Upon entering the exam room area, no one was there. When a woman appeared, I inquired and was brought to a room. Soon, a lovely technician performed my PCR test. A PA, also lovely, spoke briefly with me. I was told to expect my results in 24 hours by email. Twenty seven hours later, I have yet to receive them.

Laura and Ray were so wonderful treating me while I was sick. Ray was attentive listening to my symptoms and Laura throughly discussed treatment options with me. It was a conversation and I felt heard and validated as a patient, knowing that my well-being was the priority. This was especially a relief after I had a negative experience at a different urgent care facility days before where I was completely dismissed for the same symptoms.

The feature where you can book an appointment ahead of time to cut down on wait time is extremely convenient though they also welcome walk-ins and it seems like the wait is generally pretty short. Check in was a breeze and though I unfortunately do not remember the receptionist's name, she was kind and made the paperwork process simple and straightforward. Would recommend Physician One to anyone in need of an urgent care facility.

PhysicianOne Urgent Care office was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and my wait time was not long. I highly recommend this location on Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck.

My daughter needed to go in yesterday for a PCR test in order to return to school (minor cold). We made an appointment within 3 minutes which was great. After arrival we waited a half hour before being able to take the test which wasn't horrible. We were the only people in the waiting room at the time. Everyone was really nice. They said results would be in within 24 hours. Haven't received them yet but should in the next few hours. I recommend going there for a PCR because most places have you wait 3 or more days.

Everyone was very professional and kind. Never once did i feel like i wasn't getting the treatment I needed. The medical staff were working in a clean and respectful environment and seemed knowledgeable. Waiting time was not very long and you can see how many people are in front of you in the waiting list online. Very pleasant experience especially when I wasn't feeling 100%.

Everyone at PhysicianOne Urgent Care was so welcoming and polite. The line was about 12ft long when I arrived and they slowly, and cautiously let people in. The PA and the Dr. were so helpful, and I was in and out quickly! If you need Urgent care, go here because you will not be disappointed!

I recently visited PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Mamaroneck. The office staff, nurse and PA were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would go back; however, there was a ridiculously long wait at 10 in the morning! I booked my 10:15am appointment online the day before. I arrived at the office at 10am and checked-in online, which is what I was instructed to do.

I waited over an hour just to be called into an exam room, then waited another 25 min for the doctor. If I was a walk-in, I would have expected that kind of waiting around, but I specifically made an appointment to minimize my waiting time. Little good that did me.
