Transferred out after my two week old was denied proper care. Lucky for me I knew the problem and how to handle it because my older son was the same, but the very young practitioner ( not the famous doctor) was the one to see her and was very by-the-book to the point of not believing me. Of course a two week old with a BLEEDING diaper rash is pretty obvious but still, root problem not addressed. Brushed off by another doctor as well and accuses my husband of being "over sensitive". Overlooked (by a different third doctor) strep throat at my son's wellness visit even tho he complained of a sore throat. "He looks ok" was her comment, from the doorway and she looked at my son from across the room (pre-covid). Thank god for the competent urgent care docs that solved it the next day. Thank god for our new pediatrician who jumped into action when he saw my 2 week old daughter.

Called to get my kids transferred from another doctor. Over the phone I talked with the most rude person, offering zero information on how to transfer my kids to a doctor at Pedi-Care. On the website there is a procedure on how this works, on the phone they told me they can't do it as they need the documents in hand before get them registered. If you have another option take it, Pedicare has enough patients, don't need anymore.

My children are now 19 and 17 and I'm already sad that the youngest won't be cared for by these doctors. They have been amazing from the first time my new baby ever threw up a little bit and I panicked. It was a Saturday night I had called the answering service. Dr. Laurel called back IMMEDIATELY and I could tell from background noises she was at some kind of party.
She was gracious and kind and did not make me feel stupid for calling over what was truly a non issue. I'm so very sad that they've aged out of the need for a pediatrician and I don't know where they'll go next but I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a pediatric group.

All of the doctors and nurses are wonderful! Both of my children have been so well cared for by the staff, and they are quick to make sure that your child is seen and evaluated. The on-call service is wonderful for first-time parents at 3am with a sick baby, and they take the time to talk to you and explain things. Separate waiting rooms for sick -vs- well checks is awesome, never had a problem with billing/insurance. They're awesome.

I met two of the doctors, Dr. Mongillo and Dr. Laugel in the NICU when my daughter was born in 2010. I loved them and have been with them ever since. All the doctors and staff remember my daughter and she loves going there! It's nice to belong to a practice where we aren't just another #. They are very knowledgeable and provide great answers to any questions I have.
Another great thing is that they are open to any information that I bring to them and ask about. I also love the practice's hours. Nurses will call me back within a reasonable amount of time if I call with questions. I never had any billing issues either. I recommend anyone to this practice.
