I had a very good experience. One of the best eye doctors I have seen, and I have seen handful of them for my contact lens (hard to fit). I had ripped my lenses many times they always, accomadated me right away in emergency situations. They will work with you 100% to get you the perfect vision! Highly Reccomended.

I called the office yesterday about a previous order for contacts and the representatives were very friendly and helpful. It was also easy to put in another order with them and they took take care of the rest of the process with my new insurance. Definitely recommend this office for any of your vision needs!

Great experience, the doctor and staff are very knowledgeable. I have been to a lot of different eye docs and the testing that they did and the way everything was explained to me was better than ever. Nothing was sugar coated and I like that. I like straight forward information. Best office I have ever been too hands down. I will definitely be back after my deployment. Thanks for everything. Dr. Masson was amazing. Explained everything very well and made sure I understood. All other support staff was also great, except for the man in the optical department. I'd already got a $130 pair of glasses and he refused to give me my pupillary distance. He obviously knew I wanted it so I could get more glasses online and made up an excuse saying it was a new office policy and they could be held liable if the other company makes the glasses wrong.

I didn't sign this policy or see it posted anywhere. He said I could bring in frames and he'd tell me what my PD was for $25. I understand they have to make their money but not everyone can afford $130+ glasses AND $90 for anti-reflective coating. Come on. Work with your low income customers! Next time, I'll get my glasses elsewhere.

Friendly professional efficient staff! Always a thorough evaluation for any potential vision issue. Have trusted Dr Shida with my eye and related health care for many years. Eye 1st team is the best.

This was a fantastic visit. The entire staff was very attentive and polite. I never felt rushed, or forgotten about. Dr. Jakupovic is truly phenomenal! She took the time to explain as she was assessing, answered all my questions, and went extra steps that I had not experienced anywhere else. My vision hasn't changed, however I feel like it might as well have, since I'll likely be seeing better than ever before! Thanks Dr. J. and the whole team.

Dr. Shida is the BEST! Been his patient for 3 years now and hands down, he never disappoint! He is patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He is also funny and personable. The staff is great; professional and kind. Looking forward to my next visit and will highly recommend to all my family and friends!
