Dr. Miles H. Mason, III is a board-certified general surgeon who specializes in general and breast surgery. Dr. Mason received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. After completing an internship at Baylor University Medical Center, he completed two surgical residencies at the Medical College of Georgia and Baylor University Medical Center.
We accept most major health insurance plans, however it is your responsibility to contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage and benefits. Patients may be held financially responsible for payment of services should the insurance company deny responsibility. This clinic should be shut down. My father had been seeing them previously for an issue with his gout, having to take medication daily. He was getting low but couldn't get in touch with them. I called numerous times, getting in touch on two different occasions. including having my pharmacy send multiple refill requests. Having had talked to them and being told the problem was solved, nurse practitioner would be filling them. Now he has been out for days, no response. Pharmacy has heard nothing. I'll be filling a complaint with BBB.

Have used this practice for years, always a challenge but usually functional. NO LONGER, received positive covid diagnosis and called in repeatedly to be seen and treated, practice barely and poorly communicates and just keep saying good luck with that, if it gets bad go to ER. well this is my third day in critical care because the are do nothing see nothin hear nothing put their heads in the sand and hope no one sees. Super pathetic

DON'T waste your time with this place! RUDE, DISHONEST staff. I made an appointment and gave insurance information over the phone. Drove almost 40 minutes to the office and checked-in for the appointment and was turned away because they claim that my insurance carrier is not accepted. Not only did the employee confirm my insurance over the phone, my carrier is listed on the Mason Primary Care website. If you're looking for a good primary care doctor, this is NOT it.

Good Lab Tech and Front Desk not much else Good. Called back for a Report that I was expecting on an E-Mail or Ph Call and got Neither. Sent Voice Mails and only rec'd one Call back from Nurse Asst and She said They would contact Me but never did. Solved My own Prob with advice from a Doc on You-Tube.

This office made me extremely upset this morning! I called to make an appointment and was informed that I couldn't make an appointment because of a balance that I had in the past. I informed the person on the phone that it was included in my bankruptcy. She told me that since I "bankrupted" them I can only be accepted as a cash patient. I asked her again to make sure I heard it correctly.
And she reiterated that she could not accept my in network insurance and I would have to pay cash. By law she is supposed to accept my insurance and refused to. I will be reporting them.

Taylor and the rest off the staff were so amazing. From the front desk receptionist, to to the nurses, everyone was very friendly. Taylor however was exceptional! She was very patient with us, answered every question we threw at her, and took her time to ensure we were taken care of. It's been a long time since I've had a doctor care as much as her. Thank you Taylor!

This is the worst medical center. They don't care how you feeling. They don't care how old is the patient. There is no point of making an appointment overhere. Everytime i make an appointment i end up going an hour later. And today I made an appointment made it on time but the lady said "the people who had appointment before you didn't make it on time so you have to wait around 2 hours till they get done". Like what's the point of making an appointment. The front lady is very rude fyi.

Be ready to spend over one hour for 5 minute doctor talk.every time like today my appointment was @ 11.20 finally they took me inside around 11.40 & till 12.30 i was in the room waiting for doctor & no doctor i try to talk to nurse in the meantime she told he be with me soon & wait another 15 minute but no doctor finally i walk out from doctor i know no one care even someone complaint its happen with me everytime finally i feel like to write my review how come they have value of their time but not patient time i have to cancel my eye appointment due to this appointment. i took day off i lode my day @ work & i have to cancel my other appointment due to mason clinic never value the time if you say something oh we running behind same excuse every time please find some new & let patient know how behind they running. i know no one going to care for this still may be it will help someone
