My experience with Lumen Laser Center was 5 star! The staff is the most friendly, warm, and inviting I have ever met. Everyone was so nice. I am beyond happy with the results of my procedure, Dr. Kwak is amazing! I feel confident and great just a month later! I highly recommend Lumen Laser Center for your needs.

Great experience, I love it here, everyone is awesome, always can expect a smile and pleasant attitudes the entire team is friendly, and have positive energy. They check on me daily to see how my recovery is coming along; I always feel important to them when I come to the center or call. The Lumen team give me honest, realistic feedback. My experience with the Lumen team was beyond what I expected. This is the first time I have ever gotten lipo done and it ended with great results. I am about 8 months post op and still having some swelling and the skin still has not tightened but I am hoping by the full year I can say I got the body I have been wanting. The nurses are always attentive to your every need and answer at any time to make sure your every need is met. Dr. Kwak is gentle and amazing. The facility is always clean and such a peaceful environment. Will update after the full year.

Luv Lumen I had lipo 360 with bbl, im almost 2 months post op, and So far so good. I absolutely love my body, I like the fact that he doesn't start massages the next day. And that You keep going back up until a year postop, So he's constantly checking on your results. I loved Everyone who works there They are all amazing from your consultation appointment after any time you call or text Someone answers. This whole staff is great! I had a great experience at the lumen center before during and after my surgery. I got a bbl with smart lipo. Dr. Kwak and his team are amazing. All of the team are very informative and give details about what will happen during surgery, and how to care for yourself after. While your home they even contact you to see if your doing well and things you can do to make yourself comfortable. Dr Kwak has a gentle spirit and gave me the shape I've been always wanting and pushing for at the gym.

He works with your body type to achieve the best outcome for. I am currently 1day shy of 3 weeks post op and I'm can see My results coming through. I can't wait to see how great I look in 3 months and even 6. I would definitely recommend going to the Lumen center.

I have been going to the Lumen Center for close to a decade now. I am continually impressed with the clean and bright facility and the staff from the ladies at the front desk, to the skilled Dr. Kwak and Gen, and now the wonderful addition of Shanna who administered my last several rounds of schlerotherapy. Lumen somehow turns a not so enjoyable procedure into a pleasant experience.

When I met Dr. Kwak for consultation for a BBL procedure (I don't want to call it surgery because theres no "cutting" which is great), he took time to answer my questions and concerns and he was honest about everything. I showed him my wish pictures and he explained to me what was possible and what wasn't for my body type. He even offered a second consultation via video conference to confirm we were on the same page.

His honesty was the main reason I decided to have the procedure with him, and he did an amazing job! And I haven't even fully healed yet. Procedure went smoothly and my recovery process was very easy. My nurse Gen and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and they made sure I was well taken care of during procedure and recovery and at follow up appointments. Now I get my fillers here too!

My experience at The Lumen Center from the initial face to face consult to the day of surgery was one that encompassed sincerity and compassion. I felt at ease from day one as Dr. Kwak was so calm and cool that it helped me cope a lot. Everyone greets you as soon as you hit the door. I never felt awkward or uncomfortable with anyone there. Absolutely incredible experience from consultation to post-op follow up. I flew from St. Louis MO to Philly for hair transplant surgery based on Dr. Kwak's reputation and expertise and every expectation I had was not only met but also exceeded!
