HORRIBLE! Where do I start? The office waiting room was packed with 5 of us waiting in the hallway. When I finally got in to the office (40 minutes after my appt. time), Dr. Bari couldn't read her own clinical notes that she'd scribbled, and she was confused about why I was there. Then she said that "they" hadn't given her enough time for my procedure, but she'd try. The office floor and window sill was dirty.

I'm new to the area and was hoping to establish a new dermotologist. I contacted the office and let them know my insurance plan/type to see if they accepted it, to which i was told they did. I made an appointment. Following the appointment i was contacted to say they do not accept the insurance and was left with a good size bill owed to the office.
They were very resistant to allowing me to make a payment plan to have it paid off in three payments. I did not find the staff to be professional and were somewhat argumentative. There was also not a working bathroom during my appointment. Dr. Bari was professional and seemed knowledgable. However, I will not be returning after my interactions with the office staff and what I felt was a bit of a 'bait and switch'. Hopefully they will become more informed of the insurances they do and do not accept.
