This was an exceptional experience! Food was delicious, service second to none. My only issue was the AC, ours had a funky smell and wasn't working super well. But the staff did work to improve our situation. Pool was great and the beach was really pretty! Great place for events and super family friendly!

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Elcie was the most attentive bar tender. She knew exactly what I wanted without me saying too many words and made it taste just how I wanted it to. Junior went out of his way to chauffeur me around the grounds whenever he saw me and made sure I timely arrived for my pick up to the airport. He was very respectful and kind.

My family and I had an incredible time at Club Med Miches. Absolutely one of the most beautiful resorts I've ever been to, we cannot wait to return. The food was absolutely amazing, fantastic choice. My son loved the kids water park, and we liked Amazing Family events. Akash and Dens were both so kind and sweet with him, even though he wasn't in the kids club, they both really went out of their way to get to know him, and us as a family.

My only experience that was less than optimal was the Spa. Although the massage was great, I encourage the spa and the resort to explore more inclusive sizing when it comes to robes. As all lockers only included size small, and when asked for a larger robe the one size fits all did not fit properly. Knowing guests will be all shapes and sizes I can't stress how important this is, as my experience was embarrassing and I hope others don't have to have that same experience. The resort rooms were beyond beautiful! We had a few bug friends visit us and a lizard friend, I assume that is normal for the location. We can't wait to return!

We had a family suite in Explorer Cove and were close to everything: food, drinks, shopping, pool, beach. Many fun activities for children and adults of all ages. Great talent for for entertainment every evening. Lots of space. Fresh food and many choices. Fantastic friendly service. The spa was wonderful. We never felt crowded. It is very spread out.

They also offer offsite excursions but we we plenty busy on the grounds. Music every night. Many sports activities. Also great place for kids. Many guests had small children. They also have a kids club separated by ages with many fun activities. Strict about wearing a mask in enclosed areas and all restaurants. Staff is constantly cleaning. Plenty of chairs and towels on beach and by the pools. Zen pool very unique. Treetop yoga. Trapeze. Archery. Latin dance class. We will go back.

A beautiful resort in an untouched part of Dominican Republic. The resort was not crowded. Lots of room for all to enjoy group activities or find a quiet place to read a book for the day. The beach was untouched and gorgeous. From the grounds, to the food, to the staff, and the entertainment, everything was 5+ stars all the way. AMAZING activities for kids of all ages. Hugo, the village manager, leads a staff that is friendly and engaging. From the very last moment when we boarded the bus back to the airport, the staff stood to wave goodbye to us and offer handshakes and goodies for the kids.

Our stay at Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda was amazing! Especially thanks to all the amazing staff at Club Med including the Kids club staff Dens, James Lee, Florence. We also loved tennis and a shout out to Clinton. Elsie by the main pool is amazing! We also had a fabulous golf cart ride by Himler. Also if you go to Coco Plum, Angel makes the best drinks!

After 2+ years of not travelling, I was so excited to book my first Club Med trip and wow, was my experience truly beyond expectations. The staff (whom they call GOs) really help make this resort and the entire stay such a relaxing, fun and stress-free experience. Nothing beats worry about transportation after you've arrived at a destination - all transportation to and from the airport to the resort was taken care of.

If you love being around nature and by the beach, you'll love this resort. I easily clocked in 10,000 steps just walking around and enjoy the beautiful property. Sometimes we did opt to to have a person drive us in a golf cart back to our rooms but this was mainly because we'd get serenaded by the lovely Himmler! This is one of the few 5 trident Club Med resorts and I must say, that rating really showed in the design of the resort, the delicious food, the entertaining and friendly staff to a great list of excursions available.

As some reviews have stated, you won't find snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing or golf on this resort but there is just so many other things to do and see (plus a lot of great excursions off the resort). I highly recommend this Club Med resort - you'll feel so welcomed by the staff and the Chef de village, Hugo!

A wonderful stay in a stunning location. Once again, the Club Med on top of its game. the setting is absolutely phenomenal and the "Chef de Village" Hugo and his entire team were amazing. Their kindness, efficiency, availability and professionalism were out of this world. From the food, the entertainment, activities, rooms, everything was top notch. We had an amazing vacation here two years ago and came back. It's a great place to relax and to enjoy the activities. People like Rose from the baby club or Patricia from the reception make this place very welcoming and warm and ensure that all family members have a good time.

Amazing Club Med experience. It is a brand new (2020 opened) and everything works perfectly. Ideally for family with kids, you can drop in/out the kids at any time which is very convenient! Food, beach and shows are awesome! Archery, football, tennis, kayak, stand up paddle, sun, good food and a humongous cigar humidor!
