Good luck to anyone trying to find the in network provider. All the provider in the list don't take this insurance. Worst insurance I have ever had. Going to cancel it.

MaryGuzzetta@yahoo.com January 4, 2021 TO: MOLINA DUAL OPTIONS GRIEVANCE UNIT COPIES TO ALL CONCERNED - NOTABLES - YELP POSTED After receiving your formal acknowledgment yesterday that once again denies culpability in that you, MOLINA, are responsible for the stress caused by denying your authorization in the past for travel refund for mental/social well-being, even though you received validating medical research, I have decided to forgo compensation for my veteran caretaker.

Your distortion has caused me enough pain/anguish reinforcing your negative reputation already perpetuated by peer multi-Yelp comments. When the first incident occurred, my caretaker spent over an hour on the phone trying to connect with an executive. The best and only response was an agent who validated that it was, indeed, Molina, that made the new decision.

In other words, you are passing the buck. Why am I not surprised that when I went to process my over-the-counter authorization, the website is not active! How interesting that when you research Molina executives, you discover their macro incomes that certainly cannot be justified under a logo that claims extended family. I reached out to my representative for help in what to do, nada!

My complaint has been reported and shared with hundreds of seniors. I am expecting without delay the travel reimbursement for all dates in 2021 to the Senior Center. I will once again be going in 2022 every Tuesday beginning January 11. I had to forgo today due to illness which was triggered by Molina insensitivity to 80+ vulnerable years. Medicare. I talked to guy named Jose he was very very helpful in helping me understand my mother's benefits. He was polite and very informative instead of putting me on hold he explained everything to me about the types of care that's available. Five Stars

Nobody is here. Seems like they moved from the both Irving, Texas addresses. They don't answer the phone. Molina is the absolute WORST!

Ms. Vanessa helped me with a lot of information needed for my children. She helped me update my cards, and find a doctor who accepts Molina Healthcare medicaid! Awesome customer service skills!

Secured marketplace insurance on or around 15th Dec 2021. 1) Upgraded from bronze to silver, this did not show on their website, but the billing was for the higher premium. Evidence of error in reported coverage. 2) Searched hospital/ambulatory/outpatient facilities, the closest one according to their website turned out to be closed. permanently. 3) Assigned PCP who was no longer with a HMO network provider, and who no longer accepted Molina insurance. 4) Website would not allow me to change the PCP provider. 4) Website would not let me print my insurance card. 5) 20 days later, and I still haven't received an insurance card and introductory package in the mail, as they said they would send. 6) Molina has no chat service for "help" with marketplace questions. 7) Place nearly two dozen calls to Molina Marketplace, no one ever answers, (888) 560-5716, (866) 472-4585, (855) 322-4076 at all business hours. 8) SO BE ADVISED MOLINA, I WILL KEEP HITTING OPTION "9" FOR BEHAVIORAL SERVICES, WHICH TIES UP THAT LINE, UNTIL SOMEONE FROM MARKETPLACE PICKS UP THE LINE. READ THE BAD REVIEWS TO THE RIGHT OF YOUR SCREEN, THEY ARE SPOT-ON FOR THE WORSE SERVICE EVER. AND THE HEADQUARTERS FOR THIS COMPANY IS IN CA (LONG BEACH). NO WONDER IT CAN'T GET IT RIGHT, A STATE THAT CONTINUES TO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF!

Molina healthcare is terrible for answering their calls. It takes hours to reach them. They desperately need to hire more call reps. I don't recommend them to anyone until they fix this. This is unacceptable for being a health company which is essential.

I am so ready to ditch Molina. This is the most Random ass. Back woods cluster fuck I have EVER ENCOUNTERED.Please explain to me how I pay OUT OF POCKET for MY insurance. I find a new doctor, he orders medication and some cluck Fuck desk diver beaver in a office some place in bob the builders office in Butt fuck America. Denies my Meds. WAIT. its not even a narcotic. WTF is a anti depressant- Heaven forbid I find a fucken curb to jump of cause they 'Don't think " I need any meds. but it was denied because " They do not think its necessary. WAIT. they dont even know me Ummmm, this is the most crazy shit ever. Dude.

Who decides that I am NOT depressed enough for anti depressants? Know what? I don't even WANT the meds anymore. Now it's just principal. I am changin' my insurance after this. Plus most of the Dr.'s are mean. I had an amazing one but he retired this year. Come bacckkkkkkkkkk They are trying to kill me.

One month of health insurance but no ID card yet. Can't access online portal because sign up link expired but link to request another sign up doesn't work and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I made my 2nd payment today for 2021 health insurance and still no ID card. What kind of service do you pay for? Unbelievable!

Worst fucking company to work for ever. Favoritism and discrimination all over this company. Tammy Jurkatis Hires her unqualified children to run departments in this company, despite more veteran employees having much more appealing and useful qualities and experiences, and knowledge than her children will ever have. TAMMY Jurkatis, Sally Brito, And a few others will ensure all their relatives and family members get hired and promoted and forget anyone else more qualified might be a better idea. This company caused me to go on stress leave, then when I return it's nothing but accusations and corner of mouth talk my way about how I dont want to work.
