Went in for a consultation and was insulted, told my mother and a hypothetical husband would be more important than my own thoughts on my own body, and refused to answer direct questions about options and pros/cons. It was so hard to hold in my tears until I got out, I was so enraged at how I was treated by a doctor I went to for help. Paid 2x the cost of a full take of gas to be shrugged at and given no answers.

I don't think enough people are posting their good experiences. Yes scheduling is hard they are always booked out and a few of them have a sassy vibe to them but the others are sweet. My portal never worked right only had one person ask me about it and that's it. *Edit* my portal works now and I find it fairly useful. I do think education on the IUD before hand is lacking explanation on what will be done and why each part is needed.
They mentioned I should have someone drive me home but a little better explanation for others to be a person who you'd feel comfortable to have with you in the room for support, and like 9/10 you will need someone. But other than that the doctors and nurses where kind and reassuring. Dr. Amy even noticed the start of another issue and addressed that at the same time so they are caring for their patients.

Not sure what some people have experienced but I could never say enough good things. I've seeing Dr Dise since 2016. She's AMAZING! She always remembers little things that wouldn't make it to the chart. She delivered my two girls which I had a lot of difficulty with. She always listened to my concerns and took my feelings into account first. I personally never had an issue making appointments and everyone has ALWAYS been extremely kind with me.
We were lucky to have our last before Covid so my husband was able to be there for every appointment. With my second she was breeched. We had her flipped three times. Dise knew how much I did not want a c-section. All the other doctors were open that they would never have done a third flip. But she really cared and did everything right by me. I now live an hour away and will never give her up. I'd drive a heck of a lot longer then an hour to see her when needed.

Everyone here is so nice, and eager to help out. I am now 2 weeks postpartum, and working with this team during my pregnancy was really great. I ended up having gestational diabetes during my 3rd trimester, and getting my scans and NSTs each week was seamless and everyone was super supportive. My OB was Dr. Dise, and she is phenomenal. Dr. Keyes ended up catching my baby during delivery, and I felt like I was in great hands!

I had my son in May with Dr. Wolters and I'm going to see her again for my new pregnancy. She is AMAZING. Kind, caring, empathetic, and really wants to work with what you personally need. She never got frustrated at my million questions or concerns as a ftm. Additionally, all the nurses and techs I saw were equally great. I was disappointed my partner couldn't come, but I understand the staff doesn't make the rules. I would also rather be safe than sorry with Covid and pregnancy/high risk parents/and newborns. I can tell safety is their priority.

Front desk ladies are very polite, efficient, and helpful. Currently seeing Dr. Johnston. She always answers any questions I may have, very good bedside manner, and keeps the visits simple yet efficient. Appreciate her thoughtfulness when it comes to asking if I want a procedure done (cervical check, membrane sweep, tdap shot, etc.) before performing one.
There is a nurse who is the absolute sweetest and caring individual. She makes every visit run extremely smooth. The office also has a lab & ultrasound onsite. These ladies are also very professional and efficient. Lab techs are gentle and ultrasound offers to send some video and photos of the "important" moments during the ultrasound. Checkin is smooth, as I normally complete everything via the portal prior to my appointment time. Overall definitely recommend for ob care.

My wife is pregnant with our first child. We have an ultra sound coming up, and now the immoral and absolutely wrong policies of this clinic will not allow me to be present. This isn't something that can just be moved. I will never get to be there for our 20 week ultrasound, it is something being completely stolen from our family. What if something goes wrong?
I can't be there with my wife? She has to face that alone with a stranger This appointment is as much an appointment for me as for her. This is OUR baby. What you are doing is wrong. It is evil. It is immoral. You should be ashamed. You make me sick. You will gladly take my money, but will refuse me entry? How do you sleep at night? This unhealthy for families. This can't be undone. You can't make up for it in the future. No number of Covid cases supports this. This is wrong and every employee there should know it.

I went to Dr. Amy Tu to help me figure out how to stop bleeding every two weeks and why I had been bleeding for over 30 days. I got my implant to help curb my cramping pain during my cycle and her response to me was "at least you're not pregnant". Which was first off, presumptuous, I was not engaging in any activity? And I was just shocked that that was her callous, not empathetic response.
After she left the room I started crying out of frustration because I'd been to another doctor who just didn't know what to tell me. She very quickly suggested a drug and left before I could ask all my questions. Additionally, the person who inserted my IUD (back when I had one) told me I wasn't going to feel any pain and continued to use (what I later learned is called) tenaculum to pinch my cervix for traction during the placement.
They did not explain the procedure to me and lied to me about the pain. I nearly fainted and had to stay in the room for a half hour because I didn't feel well. Luckily, one of the nurses was checking up on me every now and then to make sure I was okay/conscious and I don't remember her name. I'm not sure if it's this clinic being shady, or if this is just the general standard that people have to advocate for themselves even when they're not fully aware how to, but either way I was disappointed and upset by all of this.
Another time I showed up on my lunch break and was kept there 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, luckily I work near by but I was frustrated that they wasted my time and no one bothered to update me even though I had already checked in. Anyways, I'd beware of this clinic. Dr. Amy Records was really nice but I've had too many poor experiences here to want to come back. **edit: One of the nurses (named Dawn I believe-a very sweet and friendly older Black woman) was the sweetest person. If you ever go here ask for her to be your nurse. Her and Dr. Records are the only redeeming people in this place!

I had a great experience here, I was very surprised to see negative reviews. Dr. Delorit is incredibly kind- I appreciated her gentle spirit. I had a positive experience at all my appointments and always felt respected and heard. I have seen Angie Lewis at this office as well who was incredibly sweet. Dr. Tu delivered my baby and I had a great experience with her as well. Definitely would recommend Dr. Delorit to friends.
