Insurance cards - A copy of the front and back for each child. Complete Immunization Records - Necessary for each child by the 1st Check-up. Medical Records - Any records from a previous physician, if applicable. Our practice was established over fifty years ago. It has expanded from a solo practice to one that is comprised of five Physicians and two Nurse Practitioners.

Pediatric Care is a patient centered medical home. Our practice is dedicated to providing high quality (evidence based) care to your child for both well and sick visits. Our goal is to partner with you to achieve the best care for your child. Care Coordination: We will be responsible for coordinating the care for your child across multiple settings.
In order to reduce confusion and misunderstanding between our patients and practice, we have adopted the following financial policy. Please take a moment to review. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please discuss them with our Billing Department. We are dedicated to providing quality care and service to you.
Expectant parents and parents of prospective patients are welcome to attend one of our monthly open house sessions. This allows you to see the office, meet several staff members, ask questions and see what Pediatric Care is all about. While I loved Dr. Delsignore and Nurse Amy, the billing office was very unprofessional and difficult. We had two insurances for our son and it got mixed up on which was primary and secondary, so we were being back-billed for his care. The insurance companies were (unusually) trying to work with us, but anytime we tried getting cooperation from the billing office, they refused to resubmit claims.
On two occasions we received a past due balance out of nowhere. I called to understand where it came from, they were rude in their explanations to both my husband and I. Despite the first balance getting paid, they continued to be unprofessional on the second balance. We explained conversations with the insurance company, they would cut us off in conversation and blatantly stated they would not resubmit new claims even though they submitted it incorrectly.
They then sent us into collections, knowing we were actively trying to get it settled and claimed we weren't cooperating with them. Health care goes beyond treatment of sick patients, it should be inclusive of good customer service.

I can't speak highly enough about Pediatric Care! Their staff is exceptional, we never wait long, everyone is so nice and seems to genuinely care. I'm a first time mom and have had lots of questions, the nurses are always more than willing to answer my questions and always put me at ease. I'd highly recommend this group! We're thrilled we chose them for our son
