In these trying times how about some communication with the patients? If a surgery date is not going to be able to get done let the patient know. I called spoke to the secretary and she was rude and said well there's nothing I can do about it which is true but the tone used was as if I was bothering her. If you hate your job lady find a new one.

This doctor is not zactly interested in marketing, nor reports that may come from social media, because he doesn't need to be! If you are looking for a serious surgical opinion, and one that is not dominated with ONLY DOING A PROCEDURE (aka laser this a hole); then this Doc is your man. Remember, you are not looking to buy a burger, or check out a new ipad; do your research.
But I think you will get the most realistic and helpful advice with this doc. I did three times, and at 59 (2018) I can bang out a 90 minute yoga session in a 105 degree room, due to his thoughtful intervention.
