Visited office this past Monday 2/14/22 First time coming here, my past Doctor moved out of area. Mindi took care of everything and went over my history and medications. Great experience, quick and attentive.

I went to Dr. Novelli's office with my boyfriend and the cleanliness of the waiting area was complimented by the genuinely friendly and helpful receptionist. My friend was taken for his appointment right on time and was escorted back by Dr. Novelli who I found to be most pleasant. My friend told me that all the personnel and his doctor not only sent a condolence card when his wife passed and Dr. Novelli attended her service. How thoughtful is that.

Best Primary doctor around. Very accommodating, very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going here for years will never go anywhere else.

After moving out of my parents home, leaving school, and not needing to see a doctor for roughly 5 years, I was dropped as a client due to cancelling a physical for work. EXTREMELY disappointed that the doctor I have seen my entire life refuses to see me because I don't bring them any revenue. Jessica was rude when I questioned the reason for not being seen. Dr Novelli is phenomenal, great with kids and adults alike, but this business practice is outrageous.

Great practice staff is amazing. Always feel comfortable, and always treated wonderfully.

Hi this review probably won't be posted but, this is honest I have major medical issues was in the hospital for 8 months, used to live in Charlotte NY, but lost my husband.so I moved close to family and hospitals, was looking for a new primary, make a long story short haven't gotten proper care, at all the nurse Jessica is snippy, and really doesn't want to help find answers just deters you with bull, anyway I could really explain alot more but I would take up 3 pages, it seems like a scam place that doesn't help AT ALL, I would recommend Not using them

I've been going here since I was a baby and now my kids go here too. I love this office. Very quick and efficient.

Called wanting a new primary doctor and the nurse said they are currently accepting new patients depending on insurance. I told her blue cross blue shield and she said they accept that. Great! I thought. She then asked who my employer was that provided the insurance and I told her its not thru an employer. She then proceeded to tell me that they are not accepting new patients and hung up. Did that just happen?

Pretty sure that was discriminating against who provides me my insurance, Employer or Self. For the record, because I never was able to tell her, I am self employeed and pay my own insurances. Still cant believe I was denied like that. Happened around 2:10p on Monday Febuary 5th 2018.

The staff is wonderful. Very patient and willing to help when needed. Always available if you need assistance. They are kind and caring. I would recommend the office to everyone!

Typically seen by Dawn, the PA. All of the staff in the walk in clinic are always able to accommodate me and my needs. Short wait times, very accurate with diagnosis and treatment. Would highly recommend.
