The entire team is excellent and extremely profesional. There is no doubt that I made the best decision of my life in choosing Dr. Sherris to perform my procedures.

Only one word comes to mind: Stellar. Dr. Sherris and his staff are highly experienced professionals who take their work very seriously. I underwent a septorhinoplasty in December after seeing Dr. Sherris periodically for a couple years. I broke my nose when I was younger and needed extensive revisionary work to improve functionality and appearance. Lisa worked patiently with me to review insurance coverage and expectations, including several submissions to get my surgery covered after rejections.

Working with insurance can be very confusing, but the team took the time to explain information as needed and helped ensure I knew what to expect. Tomorrow will mark two months post-surgery and I am still very happy with the results and look forward to final results as the swelling goes down. I am very grateful to Dr. Sherris and his entire staff for helping me through my journey of being able to properly breath through my nose again. I was referred to Dr. Sherris by Western New York Ear Nose and Throat. I had a collapsed nostril and my breathing was impaired for many years. Initially, it was a nasal breathing issue that led me to Dr. Sherris, but, at 66 yrs of age, I also had concerns about sagging facial features and wrinkled neck. Dr. Sherris did an outstanding job on my nose and restored my face to a more youthful, yet, natural appearance. I should've went somewhere else, but felt this was my best option in my area because of the reviews. Boy was I wrong. For someone who does all of these "reconstruction surgeries" he should have more updated photos for people to look through. And boy I should've known. keep your money and go somewhere else for rhinoplasty. Years later and I breathe worse, severe nasal dryness. I now have to use saline everyday and it still doesn't help. I paid in cash so I'm sure he felt he could get away with a botched job!

I went to Dr. Sherris for a non-cosmetic surgery and he did a fantastic job. My partner is a surgeon who has had the same surgery and she was extremely impressed with his work. Very pleased with my results and how much better I am breathing already.
