Modern day medical inquiry may miss the point. Many people find themselves chasing a "one ailment-one cause-one cure" paradigm, instead of realizing that our own GENETICS and HABITS are to blame. Quite simply, some people are born to rash, or cough, or hurt, or not process sugar, or be nervous, or sneeze or have physical anomalies of any kind. At PANACEA ALLERGY, we help people identify their weaknesses and then teach people how to use their own immune system to help out. If you want some answers, ask "why".

They make you come in for office visits to follow up on items that do not require an office visit just to charge you for an office visit. ps - third visit today. Never met the doctor on any of these 3 visits. Not once. Yet the office charge is the same. Neither I nor my child would know who the doctor is. Haven't met her yet - but paid for all 3 visits.

I was a patient of Dr. Lisa Sullivan when she recommended that I receive allergy shots. Before I would commit to the shots, I was assured by her and her staff that my shots were covered by my insurance company at 100%. Otherwise I would have declined. I have only had two office visits but I'm sporadically being charged for unexplained charges.

On 02/06/2020 I was charged $37.68, I paid with a check. I asked for an itemized bill, was never sent. $62.22 was taken out of my account without authorization for the same date of service of 02/06/2020. On 09/08/2020 another unauthorized charge was taken out of my account for $110.55 that caused my account to be overdrawn. When the charges were once again questioned and I verified once again that I was told my shots would be covered by my insurance at 100%, the staff told me that the charges were for a previous doctor's visit back in December 2019.

I never had a doctor's visit in December 2019! I had a doctor visit on 10/17/2020 and was told by the staff that I had a $135.37 balance for my shots. I said my shots are covered by my insurance. They told me to contact my insurance co. but I would not be able to get further shots until this was paid. They took the $135.37 out of my account this morning 10/21/2020 without my authorization, my consent, and without my card.

This is THEFT! They had no right taking that money out of my account without my consent. I have been deceived and scammed by Dr. Lisa Sullivan! I still have yet to receive a bill or itemization for ANY of these charges. I have only been seeing Dr. Lisa Sullivan for a year and was chosen based on her hours and location. Since then she has relocated, changed her office hours three times, and I've have been lied to and ripped-off several times.

For current or future patients of hers. I would advise not to trust anything that is said and definitely to not provide your credit card or banking information. Dr. Lisa Sullivan clearly does not care about her patients or their well-being.

Dr. Sullivan very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with issue which the other doctor did not pay attention to. But her billing personal is awful. They charged me full price on the day of service and didn't bother to send claim to insurance. Never pick up a phone or return calls. I had call many times until one of staff helped me.

Finally they sent claim to insurance and I got reimbursement for visit. After followed up visit I have same problem. Tried to reach with no luck. Claim still was not submitted to insurance.

I would give Dr Sullivan 0 stars if I could. She is a horrible doctor who is never in her office. She has it run by her nurses and physicians assistants. There is no communication between her self and her staff. If you are going there for allergy shots she is clueless to what's going on. One of her shot nurses is rude and condescending. My son has had horrible care here but I felt trapped as they had his shot formula.

Until his last examination when the clueless physician assistant told him he could stop his shots. When we informed her he was still symptomatic she said he should get retested with a new formula made - something I asked to be done 2 years prior and was told by Dr Sullivan that's not something we do! I was livid! All these years he could of had a new formula and been better sooner?!

In a way I'm grateful because we are now at a much better office with an excellent doctor. You should of seen what they put me through to get his records AND threatened with "we have the right to 30 days before we send them". They actually just sent me a bill for $24. Can you believe the nerve? Believe me. Please, don't bring your child to this incompetent doctor and office.

There are much better allergists out there. Amazing response. It goes to show how clueless you actually are. Most of your responses were not even what I was talking about. As to you in the office all those days - you must be hiding in a back room. Yes, I did mean to hurt as we have been hurt by your incompetence for years. I was the fool who didn't question a professional thinking you were doing the right thing.

I was wrong in not leaving earlier. I should of found a different doctor after you said you don't retest. Patients are precious people - especially children. You should take better care of them. You should be ashamed of yourself. As if accommodating me for years - yes that's your job. You should accommodate patients, we are the ones who PAY you. Don't act like that's a sacrifice or an unusual practice.

Dr. Sullivan is hands-down the best doctor we have seen or our child has seen, ever! My husband originally saw dr. Sullivan as a service member- active duty, and unfortunately our daughter needed an allergist after she was born. My husband remember dr. Sullivan and we arranged to come from out-of-state to have her see our daughter. She was thorough, educated, and client centered.

The office manager Kathy and her staff worked straight through to help us get her records to our next post assignment. now our daughter can be a normal active kid who is playing outside and loving life. I would recommend this facility and this practice to anybody
