Outstanding Professional Services with Care and Understanding. I have lived in this community for 60+ years and have had lots of experance with White-Wilson Medical Center, and there is none better. Today I had to go to Immediate Care, again I received Outstanding Professional Services with Care and Understanding. I was really impressed with Dr. Max Dawkins, PA, he is the best Immediate Care Doctor I have ever seen. I want to thank him for the many years of Education and Practice, that make him the wonderful Doctor he is today, and also nurse Princess, and the whole staff.

Unbelievable. Was told by front desk previously that I could pick up my lab results after 3 days and did not need to anything but go to the lab. I was met by a woman shouting at me, asking me if I know how to read. I tried to speak but was continuing told to read the sign. I did get my results but does anyone deserve that. How many others get directed to someone who yells at them. I think there may have been some racial undertones about asking me if I could read as we were different races. I am unnerved at the treatment I received. Be forewarned.

I have been/am being treated here for an acute illness and I am receiving continuing care for a chronic illness. I have dealt with Immediate care, imaging, the pain management and surgery center, the lab, and gastroenterology. Every single person I have interacted with from reception to nurses, plebotomists, techs, mid-levels, and doctors have been polite, professional, and most of all caring. Everyone was amazing. This place has stepped up and saved me, twice. The care provided here has vastly improved my quality of life. Thank you.

Dr. Eppley and the Nurse Courtney are so focused on politics instead of Patient care. Very rude, disrespectful, and power hungry. Dr. Eppley was aggressive and tried to touch my wife to physically move her mask a half inch above her nose when it was already covered. We went there because our son had an extremely bad cough. Dr. Eppley never asked us his symptoms or issues and never gave us direction or paperwork showing us our sons diagnosis or what medications were prescribed to treat the issue.
This Doctor along with the nurse name Courtney should be ashamed of the level of patient care they give and should be fired for neglect and unprofessionalism in the work place. Worst experience ever with a medical facility.

Called and called and called, for over two weeks, off and on different times of the day, just to make myself a mammogram appointment, the automated calling system is the worse you have ever encountered. I thought I almost had a live person after holding on over 20 minutes and then I got hung up on before I could speak. Enough is enough. Some simple ADVICE to White Wilson: HIRE & TRAIN some REAL LIVE people who want to actually work, answer the phones and key in appointments, etc., etc., I tried until I gave up. WW has to be loosing a ton of business.
I called the place on Racetrack Rd for Diagnostic Imaging for Mammogram, lady answered the phone on the 2nd ring, a real person WOW, THANK YOU, (made me tear up with joy, they answered). Made my appointment, went in within 5 days, got it done. Extremely nice staff, and on the ball. Equipment looks newer and more advanced than the old stuff at WW. WW has deteriorated immensely in past few years. Just read the reviews of many disgusted patients own personal BAD experiences with them. And that is just the ones who took the time to write a review.

This place is simply the worst! God help you if you need meds, a procedure or a call back. Plus I was nickel and dined to death! I saw Dr A Manuel and was referred for a colonoscopy. She said I would hear in two weeks. Two weeks turned to three and I called to get info as to why I haven't received a call about the procedure. I was given their direct phone number which I called countless times and had to leave a message on voicemail.
I never got a call back. On my next Dr visit I told the Dr what happened and she said just give them a call. I called every day for two weeks with no call back. I started calling at different times of the day and finally gave up. At my next Dr appt I once again told her the situation. She looked on the computer and said, your referral is there and I should call them.
I called again for a week, every day. Finally the next week someone answered the phone. I told them my name and that I had a referral in the system. This lady looked it up and said, sorry your referral is too old; you need to see the Dr to get an updated referral. I explained that I had just seen the Dr the previous week and they said nothing we can do. I hung up and immediately found a new Dr.

Wish I would've read these reviews for this clinic before booking my appointment. Makes sense why the rating is so low. Arrived to my appointment a few minutes late since I'm new to the area and the first time to this clinic. Apparently since I'm a new patient, I was supposed to be 30 minutes early for my appointment. I booked my appointment online and there is no information about being 30 minutes early.
I also received several text messages from this clinic reminding me of my appointment. Maybe try adding "new patients to arrive 30 minutes early" would've been helpful and not waste my time. I was denied my appointment and didn't even get asked if I wanted to reschedule.

Is anyone with TRICARE Prime experiencing billing problems with white-Wilson? Don't get me wrong, we love how attentive our pediatrician is with our babies. But the billing is a scam. They tried to have me pay for a bill that TRICARE clearly states that there's a "NO PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY". And good thing I called them and had a TRICARE representative explain to them. 3 times they tried.
And than they send me a bill about patients responsibility bill that I had to pay. the physicians are good to us but I think their system is screwing them over with their patient trying to scam them.

A horrible experience every step of the way. I had to push for testing to receive diagnoses for both of my serious neurological conditions. All the while being questioned and doubted. I had radiology reports inaccurately read which lead to mid diagnosis. I went here for several years because options are so limited in the area. So thankful to be in a larger city receiving appropriate care. Dr. Aubert is the one shining light there.
