THANK YOU Dr. Burden, for transforming not only my physical appearance, but helping me regain my confidence! Dr. Burden is truly GIFTED! My results are more perfect than I ever expected. After years of breast feeding I had deflated, sagging 'pancake' breasts. I had a breast augmentation with a lift 3 months ago. My breasts look better now than they did in my 20's! Joan was my nurse from day one, and was attentive, and encouraging during the healing process!

Like having a personal post-op coach! The other nurse who recently joined the team (I don't recall her name) was very caring also! Natalie, was my first contact (care coordinator I believe) and I could 'see' her smile through the phone! Surgery day was seamless, and every step was well explained. Dr. Burden and the OR staff really made me feel at ease.

I don't normally write many reviews, but since surgery is such a HUGE decision I needed to share my positive experience. I read many reviews before choosing Dr. Burden. I could not be happier with my decision and my result! (My husband is also very happy ! ) If you have taken the time to read my (lengthy) review, just know you will be in great hands with Dr. Burden and his team!

Dr. Burden and his staff were amazing. He listened to what I wanted and did not push me to do what he wanted. Always with a smile on his face and he was very kind. He took the time to go over everything with me and let me know my options, I was on the verge of needing a lift but I was right on the line so we decided just to do the augmentation under the muscle.

I got my breast augmentation done by him November 2021 and I am absolutely in love with the results! The day of surgery I decided to go bigger than we initially discussed and he was so amenable about it. I went from a 32A to a 32DD. Went in for my 4 month check up and did my before and after pictures. We were all super happy with the results. I got a pseudo lift in the process!

I would recommend Dr. Burden to anyone thinking about getting breast augmentation done. He's absolutely one of the best doctors I've met and seen. Thank you to Dr. Burden and all of his wonderful staff!

I have been going to dr burden for many years now. He has done 2 breast Augmentations, lipo of face Area, lipo of thighs, tummy tuck an lipo of back. Fat injection to my lips an I go in April for a face lift. I researched 5 years before I ever decided on a plastic surgeon. Dr Burden is the best at what he does. I have always gotten the results I was looking for an never had any Complications after wards. Staff is amazing an friendly an very professional. I would give them more that 5 stars

Had work done 8 yrs ago on my face, best thing I ever did- they were the best of the best- Dr. Burden is your only choice for facial surgery, he did a fantastic job, I would use him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Destin Surgical Center.

I got a scar removal surgery back in June and I was told that after the surgery my scar would look like a cat scratch and it looks worse then it did before I got the surgery done. Don't recommend getting scar removal surgery from here at all.

I had cosmetic surgery done by Dr. Burden and his Team. The results are amazing! People tell me I look much younger and I feel great now in my nice dresses. Joan Pleat, Surgical Nurse, was very compassionate, optimistic, and professional throughout the entire process. Joan takes a personal interest in her patients. She explained the surgery and results to expect in detail.

She is integral to the seamless support I received from the pre-operative consultation throughout my recovery --- Joan was right there and always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. She is the best. Highly recommend!

I got a breast reduction and bbl by Dr. Burden and i am very happy with my results! i no longer have bad back pains and can finally find tops to fit me properly! i am so much happier now being comfortable in my own body! GO TO DR. BURDEN

Do your research people, this doctor is only here to make money. If dr burden messes up, he will tell you he will fix it no problem but expects you pay. Why pay if someone messes up? Worst decision of my life was trusting him with surgery at an early age. There are thousands of better doctors out there, please please please do your research before trusting someone to cut your body open because you will suffer and deal with the choice the rest of your life.

Dr. Burden is very skilled with Botox. I've had Botox numerous times now and am exceptionally pleased with the results he achieved for me. He's also very personable and I will definitely be back! All staff were great as well. Thank you!

A friend of mine had surgery done by Dr. Burden and the results are amazing! She looks 20 years younger! Dr. Burden takes a personal interest in his patients and explains his procedure and expected results in detail. A great sense of humor and personality that puts you at ease immediately. Great supporting staff as well. Highly recommend!

Bill did a great job with my Botox and filler. Will go back again to see him. Knows what he's talking about and will tell you if it won't work.

Doc B has lost his once-magical touch. My brow lift is an epic fail. When I pointed out his failings his answer was "just come get botox from botox Bill". The whole reason I got a brow lift in the first place was to avoid having to get botox every 2 months! I do not recommend Destin Plastic Surgery.

I am originally from Panama City, FL but recently moved to Houston TX. After reviewing many doctors in Houston and in Florida I knew Dr. Burden was my best option. The staff is the friendliest staff that has ever taken care of me. Everyone in the office truly cares for your needs and does whatever they can to achieve that. Having the surgery center included made me feel safer and it was extremely clean.

I got a breast augmentation done and Dr. Burden made me feel very comfortable and he is the most trustworthy doctor. If any one wants to get a breast augmentation I highly advise you to use Dr. Burden because you will not be disappointment. I am thrilled with my results.

I am a young woman from Alabama, and I had a breast augmentation by Dr. Burden. I chose to go to Destin for my procedure because of the good reviews I seen on the facility and I have heard great things about Dr. Burden. Overall, I am very satisfied with my results and my time spent at the facility. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this facility and Dr. Burden to anyone who is interested.

My daughter had breast augmentation 1 1/2 years ago and I'm just now reviewing Dr Burden because I've been so angry. She had misshaped breasts/nipples were 3cm off and still has the same problem only now they're a size D (she didn't want them that large). She has scarring to the right breast and he got her nipple to high, it peeks out of most bikini tops.

I do not recommend him for problematic breast augmentation like asymmetry. The only positive thing I can say is that he was nice during the consultation, but hey I'd take him being a jerk with poor bedside manners as long he did excellent work!

I had a fantastic experience using Dr. Burden for my surgery. I had lost 160 lbs and had a large bit of excess skin that needed corrected. Dr. Burden explained everything up front and answered any questions I had. He also helped me to understand what to expect from the surgery to ensure my expectations were realistic before I did anything. I had also asked about multiple procedures and he strongly recommended NOT trying to do too much at one time. I understood this much better after my first procedure. So based on my experience I would highly recommend Dr. Burden to anyone considering this type of surgery.

Dr. Ennis and the team at Destin Plastic Surgery are true professionals! I was very happy with my experience there. Bill also did a great job with with Botox and filler. I plan to go back for some laser skin treatments and possible blepharoplasty. Dr. Ennis performed rhinoplasty on me over a year ago and I am very pleased with the results! The entire experience was virtually painless and I have referred many friends to him!

On 5/12/2016 I had a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the back and flanks. I just had my before and after pictures completed this week and I am completely astonished at my results. Dr. Burden was a wealth of knowledge regarding what procedures I needed to meet my expectations. I felt 100% comfortable from the time I made my consultation appointment to today, that this was the right choice for me.

I am a young mother of 2 children, and I just wanted to feel right again. Dr. Burden, Joan, and his staff did just that. Joan was very informative on what would be happening before and after my procedures. I would recommend Dr. Burden and his facility to anyone whom asks.

I am very happy with the necklift and brow lift that Dr. Ennis performed on me April 8, 2015. It is better than I imagined. Looks very natural which was what I was hoping for. Dr. Ennis is very easy to work with and listened to what I wanted.

Worst idea I ever had. In 2011 Dr. Burden performed my breast augmentation, he was quick to get you in, take your money and run. I didn't even turn out to be the size I wanted AND one breast it noticeably larger than the other. When I brought it to his attention ( him knowing I was moving in 6 weeks) he said oh when the swelling went down it would even out WRONG! Save your money.

As someone who's worked in aesthetic derm for 6 years I can say honestly that this is as good as it gets. This review is for the injectable side of this practice and not the surgical. This kitty does not get cut. Yet. Walking into this practice is like a dream come true. It feels like a medical center, smells pleasant, all the while making you feel like you've walked into an episode of nip/tuck.

The place is new, expansive, immaculate, and the staff is gorgeous. Everything screams symmetry, beauty, and cleanliness. They have early morning appointments, so after 5 months since my last dosage I scheduled a 7:45 appointment for my botox. Botox injections are upstairs in their own little wing. The receptionist was gorgeous (as she should be!) and completely approachable. Pricing was disclosed over the phone without hesitation ($12/unit for botox (which I think is high, but they don't dilute. so you pay for what you get.

And I'll take it)). I filled out a bit of paperwork, and before I could turn my cellphone to silent I was called. QUICK service. Before pictures were taken and I spoke to Dr. Bill (?) about my aesthetic goals with botox, and what I was used to getting- My glabella is out of control plus I wanted some lift on each eye in the corners so we talked units, agreed on long term plan and went for it.

The chair is really high. I'm 5 feet tall and even with 5'' stilettos on I had a hard time getting on this silly chair. Dr. Bill was quick, and this was one of the least painful injections I've ever had. The glabella is usually the most painful area but Bill made it extremely tolerable. Quick and painless with minimal bleeding. Perfect.

I was ready to hit the food store afters with minimal redness and no trauma to the site of the injection. I was shown out, and given post instructions- the lovely receptionist rang me up, and told me Bill gave me 10% off (don't know if thats for new patients or he was just feeling awesome and generous that day). :) They carry the full line of Obagi as well (they have skin care, make up etc). Lovely facility, and even more lovely staff. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.
