Contact the Destin Vein Center at (850) 654-5222 or toll free (866) 701-7088 to schedule a 15 minute complimentary consultation with Dr. Grisoli. By Dr. Grisoli's request, you will be asked for a convenient time at which his assistant can call you. Expect a phone call, at your convenience, by Dr. Grisoli's assistant prior to your consult to answer any questions you may have. At your consult you will be given a pair of disposable shorts so that you can demonstrate to Dr. Grisoli your areas of concern.
We offer free consultations for new patients who want to be evaluated. This is a great chance for you to meet us and for us to make suggestions as to what treatment plan is most appropriate. There is no obligation to be treated. When leg veins are associated with valvular incompetence and cause pain, swelling, inflammation or ulcer formation, insurance companies will cover such a condition. Many require a trial of compression hose and documented failure of conservative treatment before they will authorize and pay for treatment.
Once they've become stretched, these small veins hold more blood and can become visible to the naked eye. Spider veins take on many forms and can appear as individual thread-like streaks, or as vein clusters that can mimic the branches of a tree or a starburst pattern. I went into the Destin Vein Center today to treat varicose veins I have had for years. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and thoroushness of Dr.and Mrs. Grisoli. The initial evaluation was extremely informative where Dr. Grisoli demonstrated the symptoms of the varicose veins and Mrs. Grisoli explained in detail everything I could expect during and after the procedure.
