I would never suggest using this facility. I was in an auto accident and i have 100% auto insurance coverage for the said accident. TC Ortho turned me away because I have medicaid as my normal insurance. I was informed they will not treat me because when the auto ins. runs out they wont accept self pay. Interesting enough, they had not checked the actual coverage nor made an assessment to verify the extent of the physical damage. THIS FACILITY IS NOT CARING ABOUT YOUR INJURY.THEY JUST WANT TO GET PAID AND WILL OBVIOUSLY MAKE CERTAIN THEY RUN OUT YOUR INSURANCE.

Had been a patient of Dr. Stoltzer for years, he has since retired. Too much focus on the $$ now instead of patient. Would not book an appointment without referral in hand even though it was faxed to them and I had the RF #. Ended up not getting an appointment ( of the three that were left when I first called). Insurance ends on 12/31. Wouldn't get me in till 1/3. You could of gave me the appt and cancelled at 5 if the referral hadn't come in. Thanks for the awful customer service.
