We arrived 30 mins early for paperwork. Husband had an appointment at 10am. Still has not been seen an hour and a half later (still in the waiting room). And has no idea when or if he'll be seen. If I could give a 0 star for this place I would. We'll be setting him up with a different ortho.

Arrived 20 minutes early to wait for over 1 1/2 hr and still had 3 people in front of me. No explanation regarding the delay even when I asked. Wish I would have read the other reviews before coming here. Avoid this office at all cost unless you have nothing better to do and waste an afternoon. Absolutely awful customer service

WORSE place ever. No point on having an appointment as you have to wait a minimum of 2 hours! AVOID this place like the virus.

I don't understand what's the point in having an appointment if we still have to wait over an hour to get into a room. This is not the first time. I has been for all my appointments that they have me wait over an hour to get back there only to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for the doctor, Lastly, if the doctor spends 3 minutes in the room that would be a miracle. He literally comes in talks fast and within a minute he is out. AVOID this place at all cost! You've been warned.

Dr. Lorio and his staff AWESOME! I went in and he reviewed my M.R.I. and scheduled me for major surgery the following week. If I had not received the surgery I would have been paralyzed. I have never known a more compassionate and caring doctor. The surgery had taken six hours to complete and now on the road to recovery.

I never got to see a Doctor. I called Cory to set up an appointment. I was a new patient. He told me my appt was Aug 24th @ 10:30am. I get to the office and they do not have a appointment on the books. They then tell me sorry and Cory will call you to set up another appt. It is now Aug 30th and I have not heard from them. I called another Dr and got right in. I will never go to them.

I arrived ten minutes early for an 11:30 appointment and sat in the waiting area for an hour and 15 minutes. Fed up, I asked the young lady at the front desk what was going on and was confronted with the most toxic attitude ever. Rude and seemingly disgusted by my questions, she did not know who I was or if I had an appointment. I was told the Dr. would call me to the back shortly, but after another long wait, I asked for my paperwork back so I could leave.

No attempt was made to check the Dr's status or how much longer the wait would be, only a haphazard "you wanna reschedule?" If you are looking for an orthopedist, search elsewhere since your time is not valued and the front desk workers have no emotional intelligence. Avoid this place at all costs! You have been warned.

I am a 65 year old chronic pain patient. 4 back surgeries and crushed both feet. I had another fall in the garage and my GP sent me to a pain management doctor, since he, as a GP, had already done what he could. Dr. Pruitt was extremely rude and obnoxious. She treated me with disdain, thinking I was seeking pain meds. I want my new problem diagnosed and treated to the point I can hopefully take as few meds as possible.

She wrote a 'prescriptio'n' for MRI, not an order which is standard practice as well as blood work to determine a MRI with contrast vs one without. She refused to schedule a follow up appountment for me. CAUTION if considering this practice!

HORRRRRIIIBBBLEEEEEEE SERVICE, don't waste your time going here, the (lady), Nekisha at the front desk is the worst I've ever had as costumer service, she didn't have me in her system, so when I tried to give her all the information, after leaving me there for hours, she WAVED THE PHONE AT ME LIKE SHE WAS GOING TO HIT ME WITH IT , I CANT BELIEVE THIS. There are so many other places to go to, without you feeling like you're in DANGER , She kept looking at me like she wanted to hit me.

Between the office manager and scheduling department, communication is disastrous and unrelenting. The doctors of this office should be concerned and aware how this affects the reputation of their business. If I could rate this business a zero I would. They will be reported to the BBB.

I went to my first appointment with them. Showed up early, like they requested, to fill out paperwork. When I was brought to the exam room, I was in there for an hour after my appointment time before I finally left without being seen. No one ever updated me on what was taking so long. I could tell they weren't busy since staff at the counter were using their cell phones, and celebrating with cake.

Meanwhile when I left the exam room, they decided to ask if I wanted to reschedule. "No, why so I can waste my time again". They informed me I was next, the Dr. Was with someone else. They still couldn't let me know when I would be seen. My time is valuable as well. It was a wasted trip, the staff ignores you. How difficult is it to pop your head in to give updates. The staff was obviously not busy. I will NOT go back.

I was in a hit and run car accident that caused severe pain in my neck. I went to physical therapy and had an MRI that determined I had two herniated disks in my neck. My PT office recommended me to Advanced Orthopedics. I was seen by Dr. Thomas who had me start with Dr. Pruitt and pain injection shots. After the shots we tried an epidural which still didn't relive the pain I had in my neck.

It was decided by Dr. Thomas that I should have surgery to correct my herniated disks. I had surgery and am healing and feeling much better. I would highly recommend Advanced Orthopedics. I love their staff and the knowledge and competency of the doctors. Another doctor who saw an x-ray of my neck said that the surgery I had was incredible and asked me my surgeon's name and she felt he did an amazing job (Dr. Michael Thomas). I have already recommended several people to this practice and told my lawyer he should as well.

Doctor Thomas, a board certified neurosurgeon not only has the experience and knowledge to diagnose and correct issues that other doctor's can't, ; he does so with a calming manner that removes any fear associated with the uncertainty of pain and sickness. His staff, especially Tanisha are caring and very competent. Advanced Orthopedics is the only specialist to consider when finding the best road to healing and health!

Not completely helpful. Timed my office visit. I wasn't done asking questions, and oops time is up. I was in a terrible car accident that totaled my car and I could've died. Then I make a second appointment to try them again, and they call me for two days to see if I'll come in earlier bc the doctor doesn't have appointments before mine. So I just cancelled and I will be going elsewhere.
